Photograph everything!
I sent off 700USD as per their instructions for my order, which I had counted three times before packaging, but they only paid me for 600USD (despite the order being for 700) and told me after an "internal investigation" that I'd only sent them 600 (which I 100% know I didn't). No explanation of exactly what their 'investigation' involved, no evidence, no apology, nothing. Definitely won't be using their services again and would advise anyone sending currency to them to photograph everything.

Avoid for USD
I received poor-quality and damaged notes, including torn and marked bills, as well as older-design $20 notes. While these notes are legal tender in the US, that doesn't mean they're readily accepted elsewhere. Many banks, exchange bureaux and retailers in other countries are known to refuse or be reluctant to accept older or damaged US dollar notes.
When I raised this, I was simply told the notes were legal tender and that customers who want clean, current-design notes should pay extra for the "Mint Condition Notes" option. If you're travelling anywhere other than the US, I'd avoid this provider.

Exchange from EGP to GBP
I had bought extra currency for Egypt as I was due to take a second trip this year however due to events out of my control it was cancelled and as Egypt is a closed currency I was struggling to exchange back to GBP I then came across this company online and the transaction was so easy I did panic I might get scammed but this is the real deal I had my money in my bank within 2 working days I would recommend this company to anyone
