Needed an EPC doing urgently as I was selling my dads house and it was requested by the solicitors, Matt Fay managed to do it within a few days for me. He turned up early, was really friendly and I just left him to get on with it. Overpriced.
I asked for a price beforehand and was told the property was needed to be seen first.
Was charged £165 for a 20 minute visit then message after message for payment the same day .
I was informed by my estate agents that it wasnt that expensive in London for a property of the same size.
