Worst online shopping experience. Ordered a sweatshirt and didn’t come for a month. They said they were ‘changing warehouses and kept stalling my refund until I rang. A couple of months later I order a t-shirt. Instead two X-L polo shirts arrive from Sweden. I have to POST THEM BACK MYSELF before getting the refund, which I had to ring up at least 20 times until I got a response. Total, total scam. Stay away.
Have just received an email to say that my return was received after 14 days so I’m not entitled to a refund.
It doesn’t matter that the order was in correct because they sent me the wrong products lol.
Absolute joke and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Money taken for items that were confirmed out of stock 4 weeks later. Poor response to emails requesting refunds.
Don't shop here. I ordered some shorts and then was told about the warehouse move after ordering and that there would be a delay. Fair enough but by the time they said I could expect my order nothing had arrived. Gave it a week after receiving nothing and then after four separate chasers (with each person telling me they'd call me back) I just asked for a refund. When I rang and asked if I was speaking to 'TGD' each answer was almost cagey and they just said 'how can I help you?'
Ordered two tops, next day delivery. Payment was taken straight away.
One week later, still no items recieved. I emailed twice and messaged via instagram with no response. After emailing a third time I recievwd a reply to say items were out of stock, did I want to choose an alternative product and that they have taken off the next day delivery charge. I replied asking for full refund as my partner only wanted this particular top. Still haven't recieved a response to that. Nor have I been refunded. I have emailed again, so hopefully (not holding my breath) I will get my refund soon. Not a great service at all. Great products available but reluctant to use again because of this and the other reviews.
Poor experience. Offered next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Order confirmed it was next day delivery. Product arrived 4 days later. I wrote to the company, they dont care. I wrote again, they sent me a link to their t&c. Summary: I paid for a service THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE, they mislead me. Cowards hide behind T&Cs. The fact they wont refund me is a matter of principle. I may escalate this beyond TP.
THERE ARE SO MANY BUSINESSES AND RETAILERS STRUGGLING IN THIS PANDEMIC, SUPPORT THEM, THOSE THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS not these guys

Terrible service from The Great Divide, I ordered an item showing as in stock, and paid extra for next day delivery. I didn't hear anything for a week, despite sending three emails. Then they told me the item was out of stock, and asked if I wanted anything else instead. No I replied, I want a refund, as I'd told them three times previously. They ignored this email, and the following two. Only when I threatened legal action did the reply, no apology, just a curt note saying I was being refunded. Don't waste your time with this company.
A great experience all round. A carefully curated selection of men’s clothes and accessories. There’s always something to catch the eye and if you subscribe to the newsletter you’ll be notified when there is a sale. Email support is swift and responsive, delivery of goods was quick and not over packaged, as is often seen these days. Love this site.
Be wary of The Great Divides shipping claims. Neither do they ship within 2 days, nor do they email you to let you know. I had to contact them after 10 days of not receiving the item I ordered to be told the item would be shipped 2 working days later. 5 days later the order is cancelled by them without explanation. Very poor service and communication. Not a good experience!

Similar experience to many other reviewers. I have now placed two orders with the great divide. Both orders ran into problems. First order, money taken and then didn't hear anything until I contacted them. Said item was out of stock so exchanged. Got good discount so relatively happy. But, new order was delayed by weeks and then wrong size sent. Did eventually get item but things missing.
My recent order, placed order and heard nothing until I contacted them yet again. 24 hours to respond to emails. Eventually told that item was out of stock. Told they'd sort me out.... But doubt I'll receive anything. Money now refunded. TGD seem to have a massive warehouse communication problem... And communication in general. Such a disappointing experience. Was really looking forward to receiving boots.
I also had a problem with my order being messed up (after TGF gave incorrect sizing advice) and then a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. They take at least 24hrs to reply to emails and so far it's been nearly a week and I'm no closer to having the correct size item sent. Really would not recommend.
I ordered two times. My orders were messed up two times! First time I got the product I wanted-but in the wrong colour. By the time my return arrived at TGD the colour I actually ordered was no longer in stock. Claimed my money back. All this took 6 weeks and many emails. Now I ordered (and paid!!) two items, received only one. Complained immediately - no reaction whatsoever for two days.

I came across the site after searching for a specific item online...they had it in stock , ordering was easy and I received the order next day (even though it was a saturday)...will definitely buy from them again
I rate TGD highly as an online shopping destination. As a New Zealander, I am often dissapointed by online websites that do not ship to my country, but TGD does and the shipping was very fast. I also like the range and amount of brands the site has, not too many so you can really have a thorough browse of the stock. It would be helpful if the currency could be converted so that I can see prices in NZD but that is a minor issue...
Got a great deal on a lovely Percival mac, fast delivery but mac was screwed up in packaging and hence had several creases which couldn't be ironed out.
Everything is fine. No quips with you guys. But I did notice your confirmation of purchase email got sent directly to my junk email which was a bit weird and maybe that's just an error on my email's side.
