We bought a Sauna and are delighted with it. The customer service was brilliant and we’d recommend Keiron and his team. We are now enjoying life with our lovely Sauna.

Happy with the product.Was buying for a 50th Birthday.The present didn’t arrive on time.I ordered on Thursday, paid for next day delivery and didn’t arrive until the following Monday.I emailed the company on Saturday to see where my delivery was as there was nothing available on the tracking,and they didn’t reply until after my delivery arrived.I then got an email from the company just with a refund for my next day delivery cost and no explanation.Will never use this company again,it was highly embarrassing for me turning up to a party with no present.

Installation team did a great job and the sauna was built to a very high stranded, very happy with the product and can recommend the company.

Arrived promptly, brought as present for friends 25th wedding anniversary. They loved it.

Arriving quick

After a couple of hiccups Kieran and his team arrived last week to install our sauna. We had ordered the 385 deluxe cube sauna. Took the guys 2 days to complete. Team were very friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job and have used it a few times already. Very well made. Excellent purchase. Thanks Keiron👍

I bought a birthday chocolate fishing gift for my son.Its absolutely stunning so real looking i love the presentation box aswel.
It will be a shame to eat them they look fab.

I was extremely upset that I ordered a gift for my Son Birthday I was even told it was on its way!! Obviously not true. I was later informed that the office was closed!!

Item was excellent quality but unfortunately one of the glass flutes arrived with a snapped stem. This was extremely well packaged & beautifully presented. Customer service were brilliant & damaged item was replaced within 2 days.

My wife likes the products I purchase from Keico. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that the small bundle of items I purchased arrived on different deliveries.

We purchased a sauna, shower and cold plunge. We absolutely love them and feel like we’re having a treat every time we use the sauna. It all looks amazing and the quality is beautiful. Kieron and the team installing worked incredibly hard to get everything finished. Can’t fault anything and the icing on the cake were the gifts Kieron brought round a few days later.
