Disappointed with the packaging which looked so much nicer on the website. The chocolate corkscrew arrived broken , which was later replaced , but my two deliveries should have arrived together , not days apart , since both were ordered at the same time .

The perfect gift, not always easy to find. When the item arrived, the presentation case enhanced the value of the purchase, and the prompt delivery finished the transaction. Highly recommend Keico.

Ordered the pink gin gift set which was amazing in itself and which the recipient loved it.
Keira though was the star of the show w and went over and above to have the gift redirected due to an error on my part and I can not thank her enough.
I will certainly be ordering from this shop again

Ordered sauna with full installation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Keico. Keiron and the team did a fantastic job. Great customer service. Very polite, tidy, efficient and so pleased we ordered with them. There was a delay to the delivery which was annoying but they provided a beautiful gift to apologise. We are enjoying the sauna so much. Thank you to the whole team.

Amazing Bollinger gift set with gold flutes was the ultimate OTT present for my niece and nephew's 18ths.
Better price direct than on Amazon too.
Extremely robust and attractive packaging. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The team at Keico are just fantastic
The team at Keico are just fantastic! I have now been using my sauna for around six weeks and I have to say 'I don't know how I lived without it' :)
From ordering to fitting they had everything covered. All questions answerd and and even after I had it fitted, the door naturally moved slightly and they came out and fixed it promptly.
Once again, thanks for the great product and service.

Great product and great service
I recently ordered an anniversary gift for my parents golden wedding. Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit. Not anyones fault, these things happen. The company asked for my feedback back and I explained I loved the product but it was damaged by accident. I didn’t ask for a refund as it was too late and the present was already delivered. The service was exceptional and they ordered a replacement and sent directly to my parents in a swift manner. Great customer service and care throughout as well as a lovely product. I would highly recommend.
