Couldn't be happier..very easy set up…

Couldn't be happier..very easy set up with my homemade ibc tank system. Everything i needed was in the pack provided. Over recent days the weather has been upwards of 30°...my tank has stayed at a steady 10° throughout the day and down to 7/8° through the night ready for an early morning dip.
Highly recommend system with fast delivery and superior customer service.

Fed up with waiting

Love my new Myoice Pro, such an improvement on my last ice bath. If reviewing that I would’ve given it 5 stars even though I had to wait about 4 weeks for it to be delivered (which I had been told about prior to ordering). However I need a new hose connector to attach my chiller and having waited 2 weeks I chased up customer services to find out when it would arrive and was told it would be mid June, another couple of weeks! If reviewing customer services I would’ve given 5 stars as they were really friendly, apologetic and quick to find out what the problem was. If when ordering the part I was told it was out of stock then I would have either accepted the delay or tried to source one from elsewhere but I wasn’t and now I’m fed up with waiting. The sun is out, we are having record temperatures and my ice bath is getting warmer! Can you please keep track of your stock and your supply chain and inform customers of any potential issues before they part with their money

Product & Customer Service 10/10

1. Amazing product, especially for helping with my arthritis. The heat on my joints has made a real difference. I also didn’t expect to sweat this much while using it. Absolutely fantastic product.

2. I had an issue with the bottom heater, and I want to give a genuine heartfelt shoutout to Grace for guiding me through the troubleshooting steps. She explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful throughout. I was genuinely surprised to receive a response on a Sunday, especially the day before a bank holiday Monday. Thank you so much, Grace, for your support and for arranging a replacement part so quickly.

Superb value for money

Superb value for money, restores some faith in British industry. Helping my wife with recovery from a fall and my athletic son -in -aw loves it. The recent hot weather has currently distracted from its use as a sauna but I can practice my saxophone in there without disturbing the household-- and the acoustics are great.

I have a myochill connected to my to ice tube which is great but I have problems with a type of slime which builds up after a few days, I regularly clean and sterilise the myo tube . I ordered a my ozone which keeps the water clean but I’m still getting the same slime on the floor and sides ! I change the filter regularly and add purified tablets. Have you any idea what is causing this .

Quality product and absolutely outstanding customer service

Absolutely outstanding customer service- had an issue with the rcd on the chiller unit after nearly two years of using it. I emailed them and Grace replied straight away asking for a video of the problem. She then ordered me a replacement unit which arrived three days later!!
I wish more companies were this good at customer service, cannot praise them highly enough.
The quality of the ice bath and chiller unit are first class. Thankyou!

Top Product and Great Customer Service

Have had my myomaster tub and myochill for just under a year now and love the product for my daily cold
Plunges. The myochill works brilliantly and controls the temperature very well. Have had a couple of issues in this time, one with a leaking filter and a hole in the lining of the tub but after contacting Myomaster Support replacements have been sent out almost immediately. Fantastic customer service, Micah in particular has been very helpful and resolved my issue seamlessly. Would highly recommend.

Infrared Sauna

I ordered the MyoFreeze & MyoChill along with the MyoSauna Infrared. The delivery was so fast. I received a phone call prior to delivery date to confirm where the item would need to go within the house. Which was perfect as I was at work and my partner felt comfortable that she wouldn’t have to lift heavy boxes and that the delivery service would be very professional.

When we started setting up both items it took us a while as we had to move things around to accomodate the items in our relatively small house.
The instruction videos are very good and thorough.

There were a few queries I had about items and the customer service was excellent with very quick responses and very efficient solutions.
I am awaiting a few items as there were 2 items that had slight damage and again the response and resolution has been excellent.

The myofreeze and chill are brilliant. I have really felt the benefit.
The myoSauna infrared feels amazing and is a great time to relax.

Shambles of a company been waiting…

Shambles of a company been waiting nearly two weeks for a replacement sauna heater tube that arrived damaged. My advise is try another company first u have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really helpful and good customer…

Really helpful and good customer service. Got the myochill and ended up with myopro cold plunge too. Its a great step up from the old barrel I had, nice to have some leg room too. (Granted, not as cool / retro). Very happy with product. All the power, all the love.

Excellent excellent service from Micah today. Contacted the team and got my issue resolved within 2 hours. I’d also add the problem was me and not my ice bath!

Don’t buy the chiller - they break within 18 months

I bought a Myomaster chiller in Feb 2025 and it worked great for a few months until the pump failed, they replaced, but it failed again 3-4 months later. Again they replaced as was under 12 months old, but then the whole unit stopped chilling the water a couple of months ago. I reported it around 13 months after the purchase but as the warranty is only 12 months they would replace or offer to repair. I understand warranties are time limited but when you spend 500 pounds on a chiller you would hope it would last more than 13 months or they could repair rather than just saying you will need to buy a new one. Very disappointing and I would suggest not buying one of these as the technology and build quality is obviously very poor.

Yet again….amazing customer service

I have no association with the company other than being a customer. I messaged the guys today, which in the UK is a public holiday, asking about advice on how to keep my bath clean. Absolutely amazing customer service, with Micah providing some real detail and advice - once again the team have shown why they are such a great company to work with. Great products, great prices and amazing service - what’s not to love!
