MyOzone stopped working within the first 12 months. Prompt response from customer services (Micah) with advice on problem solving. Once I confirmed these had been tried there was a no quibble replacement sent out immediately.

Great product. IR heating is a lot faster than waiting for steam sauna and it’s a great, relaxing recovery session. Assembly was easy. A few minor issues with the promoted delivery times, but the myomaster customer team was really responsive in resolving .

Was delivered on time and professionally. Finding my sleep and recovery alot better. Stress vanishes once you step inside. Best buy of the year so far.

We have been looking for an infrared sauna for a few months now and have gone back and forth between a few different brands. We were sceptical about the quality of different saunas and the price point if they were too good to be true. We then saw the advert for Myo master and the offer they had on, this again made us sceptical but after reading reviews on trust pilot we bit the bullet. I can honestly say we have not regretted it one bit! It took myself, my wife and 11 year old daughter less than 40 mins to assemble it really was so simple that my 11 YO gave us the instructions from the video tutorial. We have used it 3/4 times per week each and are over the moon with the quality of the sauna. Aches and pains are reduced, better sleep quality, skin looks healthier and just all round feeling better.
We had one small issue with a bent prong on the main plug upon delivery (the sauna still worked perfectly fine but not ideal having a bent prong plugged in all the time) we contacted Myo master about this they fully supported us with this, communication was immediate and they are sending a replacement mains cable to be swapped which is an easy fix.
Absolutely no complaints and if you’re thinking about it I would definitely recommend!

Had a couple issues with the myozone but,a few quick emails to Rachelle from customer support and they sent a replacement out straight away.

What a great responsive team - i had an issue with siezed pump and some missing seals when i set up the ice bath for another year but a quick email to these guys and it was sorted in a jiffy - no ifs or buts - just immediate action and great service - special thanks to Rachelle who delt with everything so quickly and calmly.

The sauna arrived after one cancelled delivery due to a lorry breakdown. So the 48 hour delivery was not met but these things happen. The sauna was set up by my husband with ease and wow it’s amazing. Sweating within 20 mins whilst listening to my favourite podcast. We also have ice bath and chiller so I’ve been enjoying contrast therapy to help treat my brain cancer diagnosis and to assist me through treatment.
Sadly the chiller has broken this week but my husband is in communication with myo to hopefully get it sorted.

For those 2 issues I think 4 starts is fair.

One part arrived broken, but customer service was great, I had the part delivered and fitted within a couple of days 👍🏻 the actual sauna is fantastic so far so I am very pleased

I purchased an infrared sauna for one person whilst on sale. I purchased online and received an email confirmation immediately. At the time of ordering delivery was advertised as within 48 hours. This was certainly not the case. I emailed customer services the day after my order to enquire as to when I could expect delivery and they replied that due to me placing the order on a Thursday afternoon it had not been processed and would be the following week. I had heard nothing by the Tuesday afternoon so rang customer services and the lady I spoke to was unable to assist me and advised she could not update me on my order or delivery and would get the technical team to call me. Whilst on the call I had a missed call from an unknown mobile number and no message left. Within 1 hour I had a knock on the door and it was my new MyoSauna delivery. Luckily I was home to take delivery and my son was here to help me move it inside. We started building it straight away and within 2 hours I was using it. WOW it is amazing. I have health issues and the benefits I am feeling already are unbelievable. My son is a semi pro footballer and is 6ft 1 so we were a little concerned it would feel cramped for him but he is delighted with the MyoSauna and the benefits he feels from using it. Very easy to use and love the added lighting and Bluetooth speakers. We were looking at purchasing a MyoIce and chiller but due to the issues we experienced with the delivery we have delayed this. Highly recommend the MyoSauna infrared.

Excellent communication and great product. All received promptly with good delivery from helpful drivers. Built the sauna in around an hour taking two people. Looks great and works well. Can already feel the sleep benefits after just a couple of weeks.

Great Ice bath top quality and lasts. Gets the water super cold and cheap to run. Would not go with any other brand.

I have a myo plunge pool and chiller and just had some fantastic customer service from Rachelle. I use it 3 times a week but unfortunately after some over zealous power washing in the vicinity the chiller stopped working. I contacted myo and as it was still in warranty they sent me a replacement and I was up and running again the next day. I was very impressed as I was worried I wouldn’t be able to plunge for ages if it needed repair or would have to splash out for a new one. Really impressive product and service

I had an issue with my chiller no longer working properly. I emailed the help team. They responded within a week and asked me to send a short video showing the problem. On receiving the video, they sent me a list of fixes to try. Unfortunately, none of these worked, so they sent me out a new chiller, which arrived the next day. Rachelle was very helpful and professional throughout.

I love my 'ice bath' being able to control the temperature, alongside keeping the unit clean and to continuously benefit from my daily dip is nothing short of fantastic. I did have an issue with my orginal myochill unit, but the customer service team were phenomenal. Thank you for being nothing less than fantastic.

Had an issue with the chiller machine and Rashelle was very prompt in getting it dealt with and sending me a new replacement out within the warranty period free of charge! Thanks for the service.

One part of the product arrived broken, another incorrect, both issues solved quickly. Contact through email has always been polite and helpful, although a bit slow at times.
Actual product is fantastic, the water stays at the set temperature and isn’t too costly to run as long as the bath unit is inflated properly (needs checking once a month or so)
Cleaning the filter once a month and adding in a bromine tablet in a dispenser, water stays crystal clear for at least 90 days.
I use the bath first thing in the morning, 4 times a week. Haven’t noticed an impact on sleep but my energy and focus in the morning has significantly improved, as long as I stay off my phone for an hour or so after plunging. I’ve also been feeling less stressed day to day so overall would definitely recommend this product to others

I’ve had a really good experience with MyoMaster. I bought their MyoIce Pro not long ago as wanted a more sturdy ice bath. It’s superb. A really well made product. I also have their chiller/filtration unit, which keeps the water nice and cold. The MyoZone is another really handy piece of kit that helps to keep the water cleaner for longer. Overall really happy with everything.
I use the plunge almost everyday (before the gym or after a run) and swear by it. It has massively improved my recovery and it is also a great way to wake up in the morning. The mental challenge of getting in freezing cold water is still ever present but I’m far more comfortable being uncomfortable since starting my plunging journey.

These guys have gone over and above to be helpful and informative. I need to return and ice bath and wanted an upgrade at same time and they we wonderful in their communications and delivery! 10/10 for their customer service! Thanks
