If your like me you like to do your due diligence before making a big purchase. I decided on the Myomaster infared sauna…and what a Decision!! I had a couple of questions prior to purchase which were answered and communication throughout was spot on. Assembly took me around an hour including reading instructions.

I had reservations that infared light wouldn’t compete with a traditional sauna but I can honestly say I do not feel robbed one bit. It is a different heat but the outcome is the same and I feel the benefit from 40 degrees upwards.

The Bluetooth speaker is a fantastic addition so I put on a podcast or some music and half an hour flies by.

In summary I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Wanted a nice looking easy to use sauna and ice bath. That’s exactly what I have. It was seamless experience for me. Enquired through instagram after seeing my old personal trainer Shaun Stafford has one in his garden. 2 x world fitness model. He told me about the benefits and it’s really benefitting me too. I work and train very hard so it’s important to get that full relaxation before I go to bed. I suffered for years with broken sleep which was hard at times to keep my focus but I am finding the sauna is helping me with this and I’m feeling as good as ever at the age of 45. I would not like to lose this luxury I now have in my garden and it looks great too. All I can say is keep up the good work. Thanks!

AVOID MyoMaster products. The quality does not match the price, and customer service was extremely disappointing.
I bought one of their chillers and it stopped working just two weeks after the 1-year warranty expired (no option of extended warranty). Despite already spending over £750 on their products, they refused to try and repair or replace it unless I paid another £250 as a “gesture of goodwill.”
They also do not return emails or calls, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
There seems to be no loyalty or support for existing customers once they have your money. In my experience, the chillers clearly have reliability issues — which may explain why they are often heavily discounted.
Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

Have loved my MyoIce cold plunge with the chiller and Myozone. Whether early mornings before work or after a football session the cold plunge has been amazing for my physical and mental health. Quality of the products is excellent and when my Myozone failed the team replaced it quickly under warranty. Been really impressed with Myomaster and am soon aiming to purchase their Lux sauna which looks great and very reasonably priced compared to other companies. Highly recommend. From Rock Bottom to the Freeze: How Lottie and Ice Saved Me

I bought the Myochiller and filter system about 2 years ago. It was straightforward to fit and allows me to use my bath EVERY morning throughout the year. I use the 5 min cold daily dip for deep breathing and it is like a sort of meditation. Afterwards I feel more positive and energise but still somehow relaxed.

Really enjoying cold ice baths in the sun. Many more to come!

I’ve been doing a cold plunge 6 days a week for the last 3 years. As a result my Crohn’s disease has been in remission for the last 2 years. I haven’t always had the myochill so summers use to be tough. But now my water is 0.5 degrees in the hotter months and minus in the winter. I wouldn’t be without it.

I bought the MyoChill chiller to fit onto a custom made oak barrel ice tub, it came with all the bits to hook up to anything, plugged straight in and took no time at all to setup.
I use my ice tub for sciatica relief and it sorts me out for 2-3 days but I also was surprised at how well my anxiety has managed since ice tubbing, I live for it now!
I did have a pump failure and MyoChill sent a replacement within 2 days. I’ve had mine on now 24/7 for almost a year and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Great product, great service and I’d buy again.

I bought the myo chill with cold plunge and myo classic sauna last year in the black Friday sale.

Delivery was delayed due to high demand but communication was prompt. Always kept informed of delivery details.

Setting up was easy enough using the you tube tutorials (very helpful)

Been using them now for a few months and very happy, only issue I had was with the myo classic sauna the bench is at the same height as the stove so although my body was hot my feet were cold. I have managed to retro fit a higher bench with a step to combat this so I'm now feeling the full benefits of the sauna.

Very happy with my purchases and dealing with the team.

Only looses one star due to the issue with the sauna and if you were not confident enough to DIY the changes you would suffer cold feet in the sauna.

I have both the myochill and myosauna and can honestly say they both been worth every penny.
Whenever i had problem with the chiller myo master have been quick to help and send out new parts no charge, their customer is outstanding and am glad i brought these products fron cause they are so reliable

Since owning the MYOFreeze & Chill it has been a complete game changer when it comes to my post exercise recovery. This now forms my daily routine to also help reduce stress and clear the mind after a long day at work.

I would also like to mention that the aftercare is second to none too when I received a replacement Chiller after mine had failed and every effort was made to get another Chiller out to me promptly.

I enjoy my solitude in the cold water, time to get into my personal calm, reflect on the good and emerge feeling resilient, recharged yet steady.

I upgraded my Ice Bath set up after using a different make Tub & constantly filling with frozen bottles & frozen ice cream tubs became frustrating & hard to control water temps. I purchased a Myo Elite Tub & Myo Chill & have to say the results are fantastic. I have always plunged daily after making a change in my working life & working from home the last 3 & 1/2 years. I am seeing much better results from my Myo Set Up - I run regularly so recovery is important to me, but I feel it also helps mood, focus & circulation. Being able to control the temp is amazing & being able to plunge in regular cold temps amazing. I also have the Myo Zone Cleaner & use daily - this helps keep the water clean. All in all an excellent set up but also customer service when I wanted to ask some initial questions. Maybe one day I will add a Sauna to compliment the set up. I am also slowly getting my wife involved in plunging - sharing is caring!

Having the myo tub 650 litre is the best thing I've purchased after having a full knee replacement it's honestly been absolutely brilliant for me I use every day as part of my physiotherapy I honestly don't think I would of been this far ahead with my wellbeing had it not been for this so thank you and I sincerely hope your business thrives .

Having had the infrared myo single sauna now for a year I can honestly say it has been one of my best purchases, I am loving using it so much so we have now purchased the myo lux sauna for the whole family to enjoy. The sauna heats up really well and gets really hot and my son has said it’s better than the one he was using at the gym and he had been raving about that! The service from myo has always been excellent so I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending, we have bought the ice bath and the tub too and all great and so far no issues at all. I purchased the Myo master Ice bath, the communication with them was amazing, the product arrived promptly and I emailed some questions to Lottie and received a response the next day. I’m loving the ice bath, both physically and mentally it has made a huge difference to my life, why I haven’t bought this sooner! Love love love it!!!

I’ve had a great experience with this company. There ones one issue with the ozone product - nothing functionally, only that there was a backlog of orders so I had to wait a little while but they kept me up to date and it did eventually come… they also threw in a MYO mat to round off my cold plunge+ chiller look.

I use my plunge often and everything seems really good quality so I’m a happy customer! Just wish I had enough money to buy the Sauna!

The team at myo masters every credit to you guys the equipment is good ur customer relations is good if iv had a problem ur always straight back to me an the winter reminder is helpful to put away the cold tub an cooler for winter spot on for that , id love to try the sauna in ur range but comes down to affordability ,recommend all the time to people , keep it up guys at MyoMaster
