From ordering to installation was less than 3 weeks kept me informed all the way on installation day turned up on time was very quick installing the sauna was respectful of my property went through how to work the sauna used it in evening was well impressed thankyou glad I chose your nook sauna

I purchased a sauna from nook saunas after many months of research. One of the things that stood out was the build quality and the fact included in the price they would build it for me. As I was worried, I could damage it putting everything together. The service lived up to expectations team were excellent and even gave me a run through before they left. They kept in touch and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Then I decided to move house. Nook saunas agreed to take my sauna into storage to protect it and then redeliver when I’ve moved. This is above and beyond and again the service has been amazing smooth slick, no hassle no bullshit. Normal people talking a normal language providing a great service and a great product. I wouldn’t buy a sauna from anywhere else.

The sauna has been amazing from day one . The initial delivery and unit have been first class . I love it .
After 18 months I asked for a technician to attend as it was not working properly . They technicians came out and were super professional and have reinstated like new . Very impressed and happy . Well done .

Excellent information throughout and a great installation process!

We got our Sauna delivered and installed on Monday morning after the 2 technicians took 7 hours to get here .
Henry and the other technician were both super friendly and polite.
They had the Sauna up and ready in half an hour . Rubbish cleaned up and taken away ..
The Sauna looks amazing but there was a slight technical issue so I got in touch with Henry , who by this time was over 2 hours away ..
Without question or hesitation, both technicians drove all the way back and sorted the problem very quickly.
I can’t praise and thank Henry and His mate highly enough.
They went above and beyond the call of duty.
Nook Saunas have been the friendliest, most helpful company we’ve ever dealt with and our 2 Person Sauna has been used , by the whole Family , every day since.
The Sauna is amazing value for money and I’d highly recommend one to everyone that’s looking.
Trust me , I don’t think you’ll get better Quality and service plus you get a 3 Year Warranty.

My Nook sauna arrived today and was installed by Mark,Bill and Callum who were excellent and it only took 30 to 40 mins.The handover by Bill was very good and informative.Before I made my decision to buy Vish at head office was really helpful and answered all my questions promptly.Sauna is fantastic glad I chose Nook brilliant from start to finish.

Terry and Ryan came to install our sauna today and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They were both so friendly, kind and patient, and made the whole process really easy. They worked quickly and efficiently, but at the same time were very neat and careful, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Nothing felt rushed and they were happy to answer any questions we had. Really lovely guys and a great service from start to finish. Thank you both! 🙂

We recently bought a sauna from Nook, and everything went smoothly. From order to installation they’ve been great! Terry & Ryan were brilliant on our installation day. Very friendly, respectful of the property and gave good advice on our sauna positioning in the space we had, it looks fab! Installation was much quicker than expected, they just got on with it and before I knew it, it was done. Highly recommended!

Terry and Ryan installed our Nook Sauna today in around 30 minutes, they arrived on time and were polite and professional during the install, all the sauna functions were explained and demonstrated.
The Nook Core 2 person sauna is well made has some nice features and is easy to use, it heats up quickly and is a pleasant and relaxing space.

Extremely happy with my 2 person nook sauna. Service was great from the start, a quick delivery with plenty of communication.

There was a slight issue when they were putting it together. But it was quickly fixed and also gave me a partial refund which i thought was great!

Order process was quick and simple. Communication was good and despite a van breakdown on installation day, the guys still arrived and installed my sauna very quickly. The unit is good quality and the functions are easy to use.
