The team installing the sauna were quick, polite, and happy to go through how it all works and operates. From the moment I booked to have the sauna installed, I have had constant communication with the service team, and all were more than happy to answer questions you had. Also the sauna is amazing! Can’t ask for better

Fantastic customer service. We are thrilled with the sauna. Perfect size for our area. They were so quick and tidy at putting it together as well as super friendly and helpful. The sauna is being used daily, definitely getting our money's worth from it.

I am LOVING our sauna. I arranged a 3 month rental and I know already after a week I want to keep it forever! Super friendly staff, great communication and installation was so fast. Delivery took a few weeks due to high demand, so I'd advise to take that into consideration and start the order process now.

Very disappointing experience with Rent A Sauna/Nook Saunas.

I booked a refurbished Core one-person sauna in early June after being advised it could be prioritised for installation by 1 July. I paid the $150 deposit based on that timeframe and made it clear that timing was important because I am moving overseas.

10 days prior to delivery, I was told no refurbished units were available and the earliest installation of a replacement new unit would be early August. I agreed to proceed on the understanding that an installation date would be confirmed once stock arrived.

By mid-July I still had no update. Two follow-up emails went unanswered, and I eventually had to call. Only then was I advised by text that the sauna would not even arrive in Melbourne until early August, with installation likely another two to three weeks later—almost two months beyond the original timeframe.

The company ultimately apologised, citing stock shortages and higher-than-expected demand, and agreed to cancel the rental and refund my deposit.

While staff were polite when they responded, the continually changing estimates, lack of proactive communication and failure to deliver within anything close to the advertised timeframe made this a frustrating waste of time. I would not recommend relying on their stated availability or installation estimates.

Quick and easy ordering, delivery and installation. Using it every day and really enjoying it. The Canadian hemlock smell is beautiful too.

Installers were great. The sauna is perfect. Just what we wanted. Great size. Fits in the bedroom. 2 adult children have been using it so it’s used every day.

The installation process was also quick and professional and I love the sauna!! It has multiple light settings and Bluetooth connectivity.

I started off with a 6 month rental and ended up purchasing at the end of my lease. The only thing I would suggest is going for the 2 person sauna if you have the room for it. I love my 1 person Elite and it definitely does the job but I wish I had room for a 2 person so I could lie down and move around more. If I ever move to a bigger place I'll upgrade. Very happy, thank you!!

From the minute I enquired until I got my sauna installed the communication and service has been amazing! So easy to set enquire and so quick to have a sauna installed. The installers who came to my house were also amazing and really helped find the best location. After service has also been very good. Would highly recommend.
