Customer service Micah replied really quickly with my inquiry and got it all sorted straight away. Easy to use website and quick delivery.

I purchased the entry level ice bath to ensure it got the usage and I saw the benefit of it. Safe to say I will be investing in another one soon, one that is chiller compatible.
Not only have I used it most days since getting it, mixing the usage between recovery from runs and in the mornings to start the day with a blast but it’s also been great to see the kids (8 and 11) enjoy it too. It’s turned into a bit of a family ever with everyone encouraging each other. (And before I get any comments…it’s before the ice goes in at a much more bearable temperature and only for 2 mins)

The delivery driver (poor guy had to deliver everything himself) was very nice and easy to co-ordinate with. He ended up bringing everything up himself.

I want to say a massive thank you to Rachelle and the team at MyoMaster for the incredible way they handled my issue.

The chiller fans on my ice bath stopped working, which meant it wouldn’t reach the desired temperature. I contacted customer support and they guided me through some troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately nothing worked. I was honestly gutted, because with a lot of companies that’s usually where the support ends.

But not MyoMaster.

They went above and beyond from start to finish. Catherine reassured me that it wasn’t my fault and arranged for a replacement chiller to be sent out immediately with no hassle at all.

I received the new chiller, got everything set up, and now I’m back into my daily routine — pushing myself out of my comfort zone and starting every day the right way.

I genuinely can’t thank them enough for their support, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. A true 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought the pro ice bath. After just under a year it developed a fault. Spoke with Grace from customer services and she sorted it all out within a day and dispatched a replacement. Excellent customer services…might have to buy a sauna next!!

Great item. Delivery was very efficient & great communication. Took less than an hour to set up & the whole family enjoy using.

I recently purchased a myo sauna and ice bath. Delivery of sauna took longer than advertised however when received the delivery team were polite, removed their shoes etc. Assembly was straightforward, I used videos on YouTube rather than instructions, much easier to follow.

I use the sauna and ice bath most days. Both are excellent and worth the money imho. I bought during discount period and added lottie10 for a further 10% off.

I love the feeling after using both. I feel more relaxed, have clarity and believe both are helping me on my healthy living journey.

I’m very happy with my infrared sauna, only problem was the delivery took a lot longer than I was first told. Customer service was good as they always replied promptly it was just a bit of logistical problems as I do live in Orkney. I use the sauna regular it heats up in 20/30mins as it is in my garage. Very happy customer 👍🏼

Sauna was delivered as arranged and parts well packaged to ensure no damage. The instructions are simple and clear to allow the sauna to be built easily. I have used the sauna every day since it arrived and it’s helped with recovery and sleep

Myomaster customer service has always been been excellent for me. My most recent experience was when I contacted them on a Sunday regarding my chiller unit making very strange noises and not taking in any water. It seemed like it was broken. The matter was dealt with by Grace within 12 hours and the advice for sorting the problem worked a treat and the chiller is back working normally again. Thanks Grace and Myomaster!

Grace was really quick at responding to my query and swiftly gave me several options to resolve the issue I’ve encountered with my Ice Pod.

Brilliant product and amazing customer service, noticed a small air leak on the seam of my myofreeze, sent a message and within an hour it was all sorted with a replacement sent out to me, all on a Sunday afternoon.

really really disopointed, i order lux sauna, 1st time they came to essemble it there was a part missing, i get it somtimes it happens, second time, same part missing, so i rang and emailed and assured all would be okay, now third time has came and same again parts are missing, there is no quailty control, as a business owner myself i do not understand how they can trade, very unhappy and really just ruined my whole experience

Amazing home sauna, im a busy dad that works full time and my wife works opposite shifts due to child care. A home sauna allows me time to optimise my daily routine and have the full benefits of gym and sauna from home. It's been amazing and I thoroughly recommend Myo Master as its the best home sauna I could ever have wished for. 5 stars and if I could put more I would ✨️

I purchased a MyoClassic Sauna and its been rubbish and nothing but problems since I purchased it. Don't buy one, you'll be dissapointed and wished you had brought one of the others available elsewhere for a similar price. The electrics didnt work when I got mine and the electrician had to rewire it, the LEDs under the seat still dont work. My inner roof has warped so bad its letting hot air into the roof cavity and its causing damage elsewhere. I have gaps appearing in the side panels I am now starting to see daylight through and splits in multiple bits of internal cladding. Parts of the wood were singeing past what I believed to be normal settling in. I've used the Sauna to below specification and stated tolerances so this shouldnt be happening. To protect my investment I've purchased some heat proof sauna board to stick above the stove to protect the struture and now I'm going to have to buy some thermo wood and rebuild the inner the roof, otherwise its going to be trash in months! I raised it with customer services, having provided detailed videos and photos and no offer of help, no replacement for the LED lights, just fobbed off. I won't be buying any more products from Myo and I won't be recomending them, quite the opposite. £2,700 down the drain.

Great product just needs a bit more clarity on delivery as it seems like it will arrive in a few days but in fact takes longer for the sauna itself

Looks fab and the compact design means it fits great in my home gym without taking over
