The Tiny Bed Company Avis

I purchased a baby cot bed mattress, the website was clear and easy to use. The mattress arrived in less than a week and is of great quality and a perfect fit!

Excellent service and lovely product. Thank you.

Not had to use the mattress protector purchased yet, but the quality of the product looks great.

Excellent service. So helpful and friendly.

Product is excellent and well made. Service and delivery was excellent, would fully recommend.

Perfect mattress for my grandsons travel cot. Excellent quality and customer service

We have a travel cot that is used at a Grandparents house while they baby sit so we wanted a quality travel cot mattress option which The Tiny Bed Company were able to provide.

The mattress itself is extremely well made with great attention to detail from the materials used right through to the stitching.

Delivery time was reasonable and the product arrived well packaged.

Made to measure cot bed mattress was quickly made and delivered and very good quality.

Outstanding service, high quality mattress. Really happy with the purchase.

Item as described. Fast delivery. Thanks.

Very good service - from ordering to delivery

Very well made to specific measurements, the travel cot mattress arrived on time, well wrapped and in perfect condition. Superb communication with this company! Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend to family & friends

Currently expecting our second baby and we are planning on reusing the Maxi-Cosi Iora we had used with our first. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that we would require a new mattress and therefore hadn’t organised one in advance. I contacted the Tiny Bed Company a few days ago in the hope that I could order a replacement and asked that delivery could be rushed due to my due date looming.

I spoke with Kristi who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. After relaying my email to her management team, a mattress was dispatched the same day and has already arrived.

The quality of the mattress is fantastic and so pleased with it. The customer service however was exemplary. So so delighted and grateful.

Thank you again :)

Not only did I get fantastic customer service from these guys when I made the mistake of ordering a little too late, but we received a beautiful and amazing quality mattress that my little one has loved from first nap. Thank you so much guys!

I bought the Tiny Dreamer Deluxe mattress for my 6 month old as I noticed the one we had bought with the cot was cheap and unsupportive. Her first night on the mattress and she’s slept 8 hours straight and then straight back to sleep for a further 4 hours! She previously woke between 2-4 times.
Looking forward to seeing if this was just a one off great night or if this mattress is a game changer but so far so good!
Thank you!!

Easy ordering, even with bespoke sizes. Various options for every purse. Fast manufacture and delivery. Online chat available to assist if required, pretty much 24/7. Communication excellent. Only downside for me, the 2 first letters of my post code was wrongly entered by them at the delivery stage and my mattress was sent to the other end of the country! No problem however, they made me another and it was received three days later. Mistakes happen and they handled it superbly.

The perfect new mattress for our family cot, purchased in 1960 and soon to welcome it’s 12th baby ❤️
Easy to use website, fab quality product and fast delivery!
