This Month's Craft Avis 

I had an issue with my first box. I emailed support and they responded extremely fast. They had a quick resolution to the problem and communication was very friendly.

This month was a moss art kit! So fun, I liked that I could get ideas from the book, and had fun making my own design. I loved all the moss and flower colors that were provided! I have some moss left over and since my nephew really liked my art I think I'll get some shadow boxes and he and I can make art together!
In general I look forward to my craft surprise every month!

I’ve had about 4 boxes from them so far. I look forward to my box each month and I get so excited when it arrives at my doorstep every month because every month has had all (and I mean all) the supplies to make said item. I’ve been disappointed with the contents only twice but that was only because I already had all the supplies for them, soap making and candle making as I went through those 2 phases very recently. But even those kits had everything needed and the supplies were well thought out.

This month my box was marked as delivered and it had never gotten delivered to my house. My mail system is strange because we live rural so I emailed the customer support system and just let them know that the box hadn’t been delivered yet, and that sometimes our packages get delivered a day or 2 after it gets marked as delivered. But I just wanted to give them a heads up just incase my box didn’t get delivered. Mind you I emailed them at like 1 in the morning and I got a responce almost immediately. They were very kind and patient. They would email me to check in on it every day, and when the weekend had passed and I still hadn’t gotten my box yet they offered to send the replacement box to me for free. And they even laughed at some of my poorly timed jokes.
I highly would recommend simply for the fact that they are very nice people and very professional and polite. But the boxes are also amazing, and come with everything you need. Like if you need a hot glue gun the box comes with the glue gun but it will also come with the hot glue sticks so you don’t need to go to the craft store at all with these boxes. Whoever comes up with these box 📦 ideas is amazing and puts so much thought behind them.

Mostly the customer service is what was great about it. They were so sweet and so helpful to me. It was nice. The box is great too. Im excited to learn new skills.

I got my box today!! I am so excited to get started with it. The instructions are easy to follow and understand.
I love that there are two crafts to do in the box.
Not crazy about the subscription part of it, but I wanted to try it and see what I can do with it.

Every month has been fun. I really have enjoyed learning new crafts. This month I am super excited to do the moss art. Also, anytime I have any questions or concerns the customer service is always super helpful.

Quality materials, clear instructions - the first two projects have been a little difficult.

I really enjoy how everything is written written out and even if you make a mistake, there’s simple answers to fix it. As an avid crafter, I really enjoyed that I don’t have to think about what craft to do.

I get both the creative box and the DIY, honestly it’s my favorite subscription. I have a channel i just started dedicated to subscriptions and my box addictions and this month’s craft is the one I never will let go. Every box pretty much has been absolutely amazing. I get everything i need and usually stuff to add to my own stash like tools or extra supplies. Its helped me discover passions of mine. Even when finances get tight, me and my boyfriend make a way for me to get these because they make me so happy. If i have ever had an issue, staff always make it right. Amazing customer service, best boxes, nothing else you need to buy to make one, and easy to follow guides.

Both boxes so far have been disappointing. Haven’t learned any new crafts.

This company is 100% on customer service. I gave it a 4 out 5 cause no one is perfect, though this company does pretty good. Quality items inside each kit makes me about to continue the craft if I choose to.
Don't hesitate get a box.

I’ve gotten two boxes now. My first box was a DIY box which was a wood burning project. It was well thought out with instructions, 2 wood coaster for practice and a cutting board for the big project. The wood burner doesn’t work well though, I think it doesn’t get hot enough. I had to press really hard to get it to burn and then the tip broke off. They sent me a second d wood burning tool that did the same thing. I gave up on that project.

I switched to the creative box for my second one. Making the switch was easy I just emailed and they switched it over. I anticipate I’ll switch back and forth in the future. My second box was needle felting cute animals. I love it! My only complaint is that some of the materials provided have no explanation in the guide. This happened with both boxes. So I’m not sure what the purpose is of a few of the things it came with and the direction for attaching the bag string to the bunny I did were not good enough. However, I still very much enjoyed it and loved the outcome. There are some great tips in the guide to improve technique. I look forward to my next box!

My first months box was great perfect directions and nicely packed. Craft came out great can’t wait for next months craft

My first box was such a dud. It was wood working and very complicated. Didn't have the hand strength to wittle. :( Instructions were minimal and confusing.
