Amazing customer service
My box arrived damaged and missing an item. I reached out to customer service and they responded so quickly and sent an entirely new box immediately. You definitely get what you pay for with this subscription service and I have yet to be disappointed in a box!

Best Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with!
I ran into a problem with my first shipment. The customer service team got back to me in less than an hour on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. The kindness, understanding and timely response quickly told me that this company cares about their customers. Also to mention, I had a great time making my own bars of soap! I will be a continued customer, and I look forward to expanding my hobbies!

This is such a genius idea! The boxes are so much fun and come with EVERYTHING that you need!
My last box was a wood burning kit and for the first time, it was missing something. Just the stand for the burning tool. I wasn’t going to say anything but customer service emailed ME about it so that they could resolve it.
This has been, by far, the best customer service. They were really helpful and timely in getting it resolved. Then followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

So down to earth!
I love this subscription the team is so helpful and down to earth. There was an item missing from a few boxes and the next day I was notified it was missing, got an apology, was told what to do instead, and offered two options what I wanted to do to accommodate for the mistake. They are so thoughtful and quick!

It's great to get something new to work on each month! I get lots of compliments on my items throughout the house. The instructions are easy to follow and customer service has been great to work with the one time it was needed.

My daughter and I have done 3 subscription boxes so far and they are just so much fun and a learning experience. Its fun trying something u never have before. Truly a great way fo expand your knowledge and crafting abilities. I highly recommend.

Great monthly craft kits
Great monthly craft kits. I’ve enjoyed trying the different crafts. They are always something fun. Also great customer service. Had a small issue and it was taken care of right away. I highly recommend them This is my 6 th month of getting boxes and I have been very happy

As an ADHD girly who loves crafting but can never commit to one thing for more than a couple months, this months craft is a godsend! The value for what you get is amazing, great high quality materials AND all the tools you need. I’ve made soaps, clay pieces for friends, a nature art shadow box and got a candle making kit for this month! I had a minor issue with my box this month (one small item missing, no big deal it happens!) and it was resolved by real, responsive, caring people in less than 24 hours. If I could give extra stars I would

I used the chat feature to try to take care of what I needed to fix. I was given the directions which was partially helpful. But for the final result, I'm still waiting for somebody to reach out to me. Because it could not be done through chat.
