Hoping the plants will be worth the wait... Although I suspect Summer will be over before I receive them! No updates - tried contacting Customer Service and no response. Won't be buying from TM again :-(

Usually I don't have a problem always had good delivery and good plants. But I have 2 outstanding orders one from 30th of April and one from 30th of May that still haven't arrived, no update and only e mail from customer care tells me they are busy !!! Not sure i will be using them again unfortunately.

Ordered a Cob tree from T&M and and a couple of blueberries, Cob came bare root in a plastic bag which I potted up straight away. 3 months on the tree has done absolutely nothing. No buds no leaves……….Totally dead!
Contacted T&M about this, they never got back to me. £35 for a dead twig. Terrible plants and even worse service!

I have just received 130 non-stop begonias for my baskets . I ordered garden ready , and really thought I should leave a review as this is the first time I have used Thompson & Morgan.
Ordering ; my husband done this as I’m not very good at tech and he said very easy 10/10

Plants when arriving: oh my amazing so so happy 11/10

For several years I have bought pre-planted hanging baskets from T&M. I'm generally happy with the quality of the plants but it is the delivery by Yodel that is the problem recently. I was away but they ignored my redirection instructions. My neighbour opened the box for me and found that the basket was on its side and the contents lying in the box. Yodel's comment was 'sorry, we will try better next time'!
As for T&M, they are usually quite good at making refunds to customers who contact them This year, however, I have twice asked for a refund. I have had no acknowledgement and certainly no refund. Why should I continue to waste money on plants that are not usable when they arrive.

Got the 72 plugs offer £4.99 plus £6.99 postage. Delivery only a few days later. It arrived in a thick paper wrapper with tiny plugs in a plastic tray. The size meant the postie shoved it into letterbox so some got squished by the flap but, I got them out immediately at stood them in a foil tray with water. You then play spot the variety as the packaging not very clear. I got 6 of most, 12 foxgloves and doronicum, 18 dianthus. Bought previously and know they need ongoing nurturing by potting on to full size. The delphiniums, not holding my breath. They are all viable plugs but some are tougher than others. Expect to take 2 years to maturity. That's why mature plants are expensive! Overall happy. They need to use cardboard and not paper to pack!

Received an email saying it would arrive on 09.06.25, These plants need planting at the end of May.
I received an email saying the plants I payed £25 for were now being sold for £9.
I made contact by phone and was told I could have this reduction, but the change of order would put my order to the back of the queue and the new date for delivery would now be 23.06.25 after these plants should be planted. Subsequently I cancelled my order.
This is the first and last time I will use this company.I ordered 3 plants one for myself the other 2 were for 2 87yr old relatives who do not have Internet access to order for themselves.

I ordered some plants plugs from T&M from a national newspaper which looked good illustrated. They were sent by Royal Mail and when I opened them around 20% were broken. I cannot blame RM for the condition of the plugs, they were very small and T&M should have dispatchèd and advertised them in a larger plug. I have planted them and they may be ready for Christmas!!

Tried ordering from them after seeing a weekend newspaper ad. Went to website as directed. All you get is a
list of what they do....no way of identifying the newspaper offer....; the code number given is not recognised. Tried phoning. They answer and an auto voice then sings their praises as the minutes (7p per minute) tick by. Finally directed to "Order". Same ritual....they repeat all their self-praise tosh while you are paying for NOTHING. Hung up and bought elsewhere. T & are con artists, grifters. Must majke a fortune from their 7p a minute telephone number. AVOID THEM. Plenty of better firms to buy from.

I bought the 72 perennial plug plant collection which took 5 days to arrive. The plugs were tiny ,no bigger than my thumbnail, and some were dried out. I potted them up straight away but 10 days on and 18 have not survived. I am very disappointed with the quality of the plants and delivery service.I will not buy from T & M again.

5 dead 4 with t.l.c. may survive.

Poor puny specimens supposedly jumbo plug plants.
Lavenders yet to arrive. I will avoid at all costs in future.
Why waste money?

Ordered 20 jumbo Enlish Lavender plug plants. Then received an email saying they won't be dispatched for 7 days. May 8th not delivered. Looking at reviews who knows what i will get. There are much better companies doing the same thing with much better turn araounds and on reading the reviews no doubt better quality.
This is my first and last order.

I find their email offers really annoying received an email this morning offering reduced price plants ordered quite alot but befor completing the order I was called away.
I then received another email offering one particular plant at a reduced price so I added that to the order when I looked at the total order I was surprised to see how much I had spent! I found that all the original plants had gone back to the original prices with no reductions and only the last plant was actually reduced.
I of couse bought nothing from them this seems to be rather sharp practice and someting to be aware of

This is the 2nd time I have bought from this company and been most disappointed. The picture you see on web is nothing like the twig you receive. Grape vine was supposed to produce large grapes but they are really small and the abutilon MegaPotamicum shows as a standard but we got a pot of sticks tied up with string.

In general I had good experiences and I bought for them quite a lot. I ordered the 72 plugs promo and most ended up surviving and thriving (around 6 casualties). Also had good luck with germination rates on seeds. The petunia plugs were not in the best condition, but I think they will make it. I also didn't have good experience with the bare root roses, but most of my purchases were successful and at a really good price.

Have now received my plants. They are awful. A yellow soggy mess. Impossible to plant

I don't know how many seeds are in a packet, but I bought a few packets of Thomson Morgan seeds one of them was Antirrhinum, when I opened the packet I thought it was empty, but there in the corner were tiny little black seeds, I counted them...19 seeds.I only opened them today 29th , I bought them in march

whoah!....recently received shrivelled, dead and dying tiny plug plants in flimsy packet from Thompson and Morgan that had sat in a delivery depot for 4 days and nights because T&M decided to post them on a Thursday evening - these reviews show this is happening all over the country!
I ordered mine on Amazon - there were no reviews at all to go by - so believing T&M were a trusted name I went ahead.
Response from T&M was wishy-washy, just dont care, but did get the refund as its through Amazon.
I placed a review on Amazon including photo a couple of days ago, received confirmation my review was now live today - guess what......still no reviews, not even mine!!!!
Other businesses only post out on Mon, Tues, Weds to ensure that plants dont sit in a delivery depot over weekend - so what's wrong with T&M?!
