Product was defective, a key bolt didn’t tighten in the safety bar and a refund was rejected. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If no stars was an option it would get it... Ordered prescription swimming goggles, they broke on about the 20th swim. Contacted them, told I had left it too late under the Returns/Refund I had agreed to (?!). Told them I wasn't asking for a return or a refund, just something of merchantable quality, which they plainly weren't. When threatened with Small Claims Court procedure they offered an insult of 40% refund that I accepted. DO NOT USE THEM, USELESS, V POOR QUALITY & NO SERVICE!

I ordered my items from UK website on 03/06/2026 and, since then no updates on my order. I emailed threo requesting an update on the 6th June and never heard back from them. Very poor customer service. I hope at least my items will arrive. I dropped another email today, looking forward some getting back to me.

If I could put less than 1 star I definitely would put - 10 SCAMM

I paid for swimming goggles never received them, they refused to refund me and said I would have to pay more for them to resend them .
What a joke there scamming people and belong in prison
Don't bye anything from them there crooks if you don't want to lose your money , there not going to get rich from the £9.45 they scamed from me.

I placed an order for a bike saddle on 26 April and still no delivery. I just chased them & they left the parcel in our large wheelie bin on 15th May with no note of this. We are an industrial unit open from 07.00am -5.00pm but they delivered at 5.35pm on a Friday. The upshot is, my saddle is in the rubbish dump, Joanne from Threo isn't interested & said for me to chase the currier company, don't touch this useless company, it took them 19 days to deliver (if they did at all)

Avoid avoid avoid avoid, Chinese scam. If you'd like to see a magic trick with your money just disappearing into thin air, then just order from Theo. You have been warned.

Oh dear. Order a bike seat that seemed genuine as was listed on Mumsnet. Thought I would pay extra and go with a UK company rather than a similar one on Amazon. What a mistake. Clearly a Chinese company. Two weeks later and no item and sounds like I'll have no chance of getting a refund either. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Should have realised this was a foreign company am really annoyed with myself. Ordered a swimsuit and the zip broke immediately. They offered me some money back but I wish I had stuck out for full refund. It was from china so very difficult to return. Do not buy from these. I have learnt to research the company first now before I order anything.

Ordered some prescription goggles. They never arrived and all emails to the company to try to chase this up received each time received responses along the lines of "we will follow this up and get back to you with an update". Complaint was never actioned, I never received a follow up email with an an outcome or genuine update, item still not received. This has been going on for 3-4 months.

Definitely a scam. After reading other reviews it doesn't fill me with hope. Over 2 weeks and still haven't received my prescription googles. Wrong tracking information given..Back and forth communication..now saying I need to wait 60 days to receive a refund! Avoid at all costs.

Do not use threo. I have not received my item, was told I could apply for a refund if it does not arrive within 60 days

Similar experience to others - product very substandard. Bought from what appeared to be an Irish company website which comes across as misleading. Item arrived with basic packaging that had to be ripped open in order to access the item due to sellotape, and returns policy says it needs to be returned in it's original packaging, which is not possible. I emailed them about the warranty length but no reply. Item was reduced from €60 to €40 but barely worth €20. Should have checked Trustpilot first... Any company that does not respond to a single negative review on Trustpilot is probably best avoided.

Har først modtaget varen efter egentligt at have opgivet at modtage den. Firmaet ringede ikke tilbage. Men i dag, efter ikke at have hørt fra dem i snart 14 dage fik jeg varen. Så….. bedre sent end aldrig.

DO NOT USE Threo UK. I ordered 2 head torches and left 2 weeks for delivery not realising they were coming from China. They arrived but unfortunately they did not charge up in 36 hours (probably no battery) and only work when plugged into the mains. I have complained and written several times with full details and videos of the items but each time I am fobbed off with 'it's being investigated' . I am about to request a chargeback on the credit company to see what happens. They only accept returns to China which is expensive.

Not really sure why there's so many bad reviews guys yes that's true you need to wait for the delivery minimum 7 working days but the item that I bought is great quality like in description. Thank you The Team Theo

Well I ordered a waterproof m/c phone holder from Threo before checking up about the company so was a bit concerned that that was the end & I'd never receive it but I'd paid by PayPal so would have got my money back .It was on offer for nearly half full price . Received email confirming order then another when despatched & low & behold about 3 days later a parcel from Yodel with my order in it !!! Item as good as I hoped & very happy .

Swimming goggles, anti fog etc etc. Duly arrived and looked and felt fine. 1st time used in the pool I had no clear vision at all as though my eyes were completely out of focus, and yes I had removed the lens plastic covers!
Read the returns blurb and realised that ‘customers complete satisfaction…’ was impossible to achieve. Send them back to China, at our cost, or keep them with only a 40% refund. I should have read the whole tin first, and share the same negative sentiments of all comments. (Well done to the 2 positive ones.)

If I’d known my order was coming from CHINA, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I thought I was supporting a UK company, as it was listed as Threo.com.uk! I’ve been waiting two weeks for a badly needed cycle mirror so I can safely bike in town. All communication with Threo is unhelpful..To return the mirror and hopefully be refunded, Threo instructions say to mail item to: Room 103, 1st Floor, Building 3, No. 72, Xiahua 2nd Road, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, 510440!!! At my expense!! GOTCHA!!! 🤣😆 WHAT A SCAM!!
