ITEM NOT RECEIVED!

Ordered a shoulder support, was not obvious how long it would take to arrive but I figured bout five days it might come. It's been the guts of two weeks and it's still not here and guess what shoulder better now and don't need it!?!

They are a scam!! I order a pair of goggles and they never came.. Do not trust them

I ordered a pair of cycle gloves thinking they were coming either from Poland or UK, NOPE ! ….China!!! Even thou .co.uk site.
Very poor almost non existent customer service, no shipping details or delivery dates offered after 2 weeks, when I pressed for delivery they replied with
‘if your order is not delivered within 60 days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately. Very funny !!!! DO NOT USE THREO

Package was shipped quickly, but when it arrived it was the wrong item. Contacted them via the website, but didn't hear back and am having to go via bank to get money back.

Goggles NOT good... Anti Fog me arse. Good for 1 session..... any chance of my money back???

Ive received a wrong item after very long delivery time. Zero response from the seller. I needed to open the case through my paypal. I was able to return the item for £20 from my pocket!
I need to add, that bycycle seat was a cheap item from TEMU. Way overpriced.
The company is a time waisters, my time and £20 went down the drain!

I want to return my order but have not received a response

Ordered a component for my bike. Yes delivery was protracted but tracking was available throughout. Arrived in 6 days as described. Obviously there are issues with some buyers but my experience was fine if not slow.

I have been waiting for my Goggles for over 10 business days and still haven’t received them

Product came from China and very poor quality. Was totally ripped off.

Nothing wrong with the item but returns need to be send to Poland which is costly and not indicated at the time of purchase and cannot be expected on an uk web page. I was offered a 60% discount though.

Order two items. Never received confirmation that it was being shipped. Got a tracking number but it just says my packages cannot be found. I've emailed them asking for help. They responded with a automated computer response saying that I should have gotten a confirmation and that's it. I'll obviously have to contact my bank and have they seize my account and refund me

Scam scam scam. No item received no refund !!! Dispite contacting them several times over 3 months !!!.I shall use Amazon or Ebay in future. You can't leave a review unless you leave a star. But don't warent that.

I too have had my money taken with no refund via a Facebook advert.
Dodgy cheap Chinese goods not from a UK address but sent from Poland.

Never use.

Ordered ski bag. Claimed Evri/Hermes delivered. Courier has no postcode to check claimed delivery. Threo claimed to have dispatched but I was home all day. No delivery. It looks like a scam company operating at the lowest level. Avoid using their website. They have failed to follow up my questions. That’s around £50 transferred from my pocket to their bank account — in my book this is fraud.

Ordered a endurance running mask. Took about a week to arrive. Very happy with service and product

Don't buy from this company will not respond to emails and my item never came.
