Threo Avis 

I ordered from this company believing they were UK based as the site is a .co-uk, however they are not. They are based in Poland with items being shipped from China.
I ordered the Yoga Posture Corrector cross Stick as it is one of only a few which stated that they extend. Due to being over 6ft unextended was too small. I don’t know why it’s any surprise but it’s arrived - and does not extend nor was any instructions sent.
I queried this online and was just sent images off the web page. These did not help! Nothing useful or explanatory. When I asked for a refund I am now just continually getting automated messages,

Twice I have now received this same message and completely ignoring any requests of a return / refund. Completely false advertising and now over £30 down. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor quality anti fog prescription swim goggles. Worked great a first but one piece was very flimsy & weak. It broke after a few uses. I have tried to contact the company via the provided but have yet to receive a reply. Very disappointed.
Just a quick update date to say the company have send me out a new pair of swim goggles. Very much appreciated. For this I will add another star to the rating.

Goggles arrived with split rubber and a broken clip where the bridge clips in. After several emails over several weeks to'ing and fro'ing they apologised, saying a busy period meant their QA process had let them down. They asked whether I'd like a refund or a replacement pair. I requested a replacement pair and never heard back despite me sending chase up emails. £20 down the drain and I'm still wearing my very old non prescription goggles. I would say avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!I suspect this is a scam company. I ordered a buoyancy aid on 14th May. Still not arrived two weeks later. When queried, "Joanna" says they were out of stock in the UK when I ordered and so are coming direct from production. The "tracker"says UPS but obviously isn't, and just has three entries saying "arrived at hub", but not even a country mentioned. Sadly I've been robbed.

Ordered beach shoes size 44 waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery having emailed them finally they arrived. The package and shoes were not badged or labelled they looked and were a massive size, i contacted Threo asked how do I know what size they are they are much to big, they requested I sent them a photo of the insole against a tape measure and of the size label (what lable) which i did. So I looked up the length of insole sent it is 46 or 47! all I can get out of Threo is they are looking into the problem! mean while I need the shoes to the on holiday. There has been no apolojise or offer of refund whatsoever.

Dissatisfied. I ordered a bag on 31 January and had an email saying it had been dispatched on 3 February. I am still waiting for the bag (7 March) and can’t get any information out of Threo about when it will arrive. They also are not accepting that it won’t now arrive and silent on whether they will refund. They are not answering my direct questions. I am looking into what other action I can take.

Ordered a walking pole, took ages for delivery and when delivered it was an empty packet 6” square.

Be very careful ..this is a dishonest company.
I placed an order but due to the fact that the delivery would take a few weeks i had to cancel the order.
My cancellation was within 24 hours of order and as per THEIR terms and conditions, orders cancelled within 24 hours would be fully refunded, but they are refusing to refund since they claimed that they dispatched the items already.
For the sake of clarity, i emailed cancellation on Friday 30 June at 08:24 am ( within 24 hours of order) they acknowledged receipt of my email at 08:46 am ( 22 minutes later) and then notified me that they dispatched the items later that day Friday at 5:11 pm!
I suspect that the "positive" recommendations on Trustpilot may not be genuine and are perhaps bot induced.
Please spread the word so that other innocent consumers do not fall into this trap.

I have got my anti-fog goggles from this company. I am very much satisfied with this product. The company maintaining the quality of the product. The delivery process is very smooth.

Great store with a great selection of sporting goods! I bought anti-fog prescription swimming goggles. These are the only goggles I ever buy, They last longer if you take care of them after each swim but I will not buy any others after using these. Comfortable fit, non fogging, no leaking.

The Anti-Fog Prescription Swimming Goggles sold by this company is such a great product. They are a really cool addition for swimming. These are really some of the best goggles I've seen by design, they are very comfortable too. The prices is great and they are worth every cent.

As it prevent water 'sticking' to the goggles, instead it runs off the lenses, thus preventing fogging. Thus it will be very helpful for me.

I have found the most beautiful glasses in the world, now we shall see how they work. I have never bought prescription goggles.
