Booking process was simple, and responded almost instantly when I had some login complications. In the end I wqs able to attend without any worries.

Realively user friendly. As its a timed process it does cause pressure.I had an issue in approval of payment in my banking app so a delay was inccured Just completed the process in time !

Ticket finally arrived the night before

I bought a ticket from this company back in November 2025 for a Josh Groban concert on 1st April 2026. It is now the day before and i am stressed. No ticket on the O2 App, signed up for AXS, nothing . No way to contact anyone. What a disappointment . Why on earth do we have to go to another site which causes just more angst. How do we now get these tickets which i have paid a lot for .

Despite contacting Ticketek UK via various methods and being told it will be there in the next few hours, they have not released my ticket into their App or The O2 App and my concert is just over 24 hours away. I would not recommend using this company as accessing my ticket - which was bought and paid for 6 months ago is proving impossible!!!!

I have still not heard back and have no tickets for my event on 1st April. I downloaded the O2 app as reeuested bu no tickets available!!

Bit long winded to get registered but…

Bit long winded to get registered but otherwise ok but annoying to also have to use yet another different app for my theatre experiences. Next year how will I remember what it's called?

Had great experience getting tickets…

Had great experience getting tickets with a presale code after 5 minutes was choosing my tickets straight in basket through to pay then email confirmation all done would recommend to buy tickets

The ticket purchase process is…

The ticket purchase process is straightforward, but I always have to reset my password to get into the app when making a purchase. I can access existing tickets ok, but have to log in again to make purchase. There seems to be no option to securely save my password to a device(ie with facial or fingerprint recognition)

changed holiday plans to go to nottingham for spiritbox . used seatview to check where my ticket was that TICKETEK UK suggested and was delighted with what i got . system of booking and paying easy to use . roll on september !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My account kept locking me out

My account kept locking me out. Had to change password several times...Sadly i dont think I'd use them again as you cant sell to other fans. So your left with a ticket you cant use and cant sell...

Great accessibility phone line!

Really easy to book accessible tickets using the dedicated phone line. It only took a few minutes and we have amazing seats too! This is easiest venue for booking accessible tickets that I've found so far.
