Booking process was simple, and responded almost instantly when I had some login complications. In the end I wqs able to attend without any worries.

Realively user friendly. As its a timed process it does cause pressure.I had an issue in approval of payment in my banking app so a delay was inccured Just completed the process in time !

Great accessibility phone line!

Really easy to book accessible tickets using the dedicated phone line. It only took a few minutes and we have amazing seats too! This is easiest venue for booking accessible tickets that I've found so far.

Terrible customer care, impossible to contact

We purchased tickets for Brian Cox Saturday event. Weeks later we received an email to say our seats were no longer available and we could either contact Ticketek to pay more for different seats on the Saturday, or our tickets would be automatically transferred to the Sunday event. We contacted Ticketek via their website 'contact us' facility twice, to ask about what alternative seats were available for the Saturday, both times no response. We then emailed customer services, again no response. By this time the deadline had passed, so our tickets were moved to the Sunday event, which is difficult for us due to work commitments. The website is very difficult to navigate and contacting the company seems impossible. No phone number! Very poor customer care.

Decent app and process to order tickets

relatively easy process to purchase tickets and amend choice of seats. Difficult to add more detail when the tickets have not been issued/received as yet.

This was real hard work

This was real hard work. I wouldn’t use again unless I had no choice which I didn’t cos I wanted Blenheim palace Christmas tickets. I also informed BP of the mess

Booked tickets to see Romesh in…

Booked tickets to see Romesh in Plymouth. Tickets can only be used (I believe) via the app. Downloaded the app… then was sent on a loop trying to reset a password. Emailed the company and to their credit they did respond really quickly to sort the problem out… glad I tried to have the app up and running after purchasing the tickets, than waiting for 10 minutes before the gig. All a bit stressful. Still not quite sure how I can reset the password on the app (as I am using the one the person reset it to!) obviously this is probably user error ;-)

We’re pleased our support team was able to respond quickly and get you logged in — but we completely understand how frustrating the password reset loop must have been. You absolutely did the right thing by setting everything up well ahead of the show.

In terms of resetting your password in the app: once you're logged in, you should be able to update it via the Account/Settings section by selecting “Change Password.” If that option isn’t visible, it may be worth logging out and using the “Forgot Password” link again to trigger a fresh reset email. If the loop happens again, please don’t hesitate to reach back out we’d be more than happy to walk you through it step by step.

Thanks again for your patience (and for being so understanding about the possibility of user error 😉). We hope you had a brilliant time at the show!

The staff was amazing

The staff was amazing there was so kind and extra helpful. It my mine and my partner first ice hockey game and had the best time . I would recommend to anyone I can not wait to go back to hopefully see them win again.

Trying to add an extra vehicle ticket…

Trying to add an extra vehicle ticket was a nightmare. Following instructions just brings you back to where you are. The only tickets I could add were early camping, which wasn't needed. In the end, I had to cancel all tickets and start again.

Very confusing for disabled access.

Tried to book accesible ticket plus carer. The process is very confusing. In error I booked just access ticket. I need someone to assist as im severely disabled. I had to book standing ticket then contact venue.
I've contacted the venue hoping they can sort it out.
You need more clarity for accessible plus carer tickets.

Too difficult to navigate on an iPad

Too difficult to navigate on an iPad, can’t save the tickets to my wallet. Absolutely painful but the only place I can get the tickets I need 👎

Stop Spamming

I already left Ticketek a 1* review after an appalling experience buying a ticket from them, where pretty much everything they could do wrong, they did do wrong.

Over 18 months later, Ticketek still spam me with their email newsletter I never signed up for and despite me unsubscribing multiple times.

Can't print tickets at home. Forced to use poor App

Being forced to have a smart phone for e-tickets rather than having the option to print them at home is a reason never to go to a Ticketek event ever again. Customers should be able to choose! What if I don't have a smart phone?

I paid extra for refundable tickets and not refunded

I paid extra for refundable tickets . Refused to accept form because I did not have a doctor's certificate for diarrhea and vomiting on the day, which could have been contagious and I was the car driver for the family. Will not do this again. Pointless paying extra.
