Realively user friendly. As its a timed process it does cause pressure.I had an issue in approval of payment in my banking app so a delay was inccured Just completed the process in time !

Don't ever buy insurance through this company on your tickets, we are having a nightmare with them, took out insurance for westonbert lights at Xmas unfortunately my grandson had become ill with a visit to the e.r, emailed them if we could chance the dates but no we had to go through the refund route so bought more tickets on a separate date hoping then to get a refund, went to venue was lovely, then started the refund, want e.r report on grandson, want my relationship with said grandson on paper so sent off daughters birth certificate and grandson but (it gets better) my surname is different now than what it was when my daughter was born as I remarried, now I have to send them my marriage certificate to prove my name change,
Think next they will want the blood of my first grandchild,
Or a sacrificed lamb or something, you seriously can't make this sh*thole up!

Easy enough to buy tickets but then realised my seat wasn’t ideally positioned. I tried every way I could find to change my seat but couldn’t find anywhere to do it. Gave up and decided to cancel ticket as it was inferred early in the process that this was possible - ticket is for March 2027 - only to find on the app a list of qualifying reasons for cancellation… and I didn’t qualify. I’m now stuck with a ticket for 14 months time in a seat which isn’t going to be ideal. I will still go, I’m an OAP and had to dig deep for the ticket in the first place. I found the whole experience quite off putting.

Christmas light trail in Edinburgh cancelled twice. The first time I had to contact the venue directly to rearrange as ticketek did not make it possible to do it via the app and contacting them via the option in the app resulted in an email from Singapore ticketek saying it wasn't their issue.
Venue got me a new ticket. Second ticket was cancelled on 10 December which I returned on ticketek app the same day for a refund and have not received any refund as of 8 January, just an email stating they have a high volume of requests and will answer soon, that was 6 days ago. They still have my money.

Good value for Christmas Light trail at Wimpole Hall. Probably the best we have been to so far. Drinks etc on site were expensive, but optional.

Had to use automated help service because website would not work -didn’t show all ticket options.
Did take several emails to get matter sorted but got there in the end-would have been quicker and more pleasant if I could have spoken to a real person.
Also ended up paying for parking £10 as booking made within 24 hrs of event and NatTrust membership option not available because of delay in getting onto website.

I booked an event online and unfortunately I made a mistake.
I booked 4 tickets instead of 2.
I contacted the customer support of Ticketek Uk, and they immediately sent me a refund. I am more than satisfied with their service and the quality of their help.

THE DATES AND LOCATION IN THE DESCRIPTION ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE DATES AND LOCATION ON THE TICKETS .

A bit disappointed that we as National Trust Members had to pay the “extortionate”parking charge!!!
The trail was wonderful though !

I spent £106.65 on xmas experience at westonbirt for Fri 19h December including 3 x entries, car parking and rides. I even paid extra for cancellation on top. I booked it a week in advance. Unfortunately on the day of the visit my son became ill and he had a fever and terrible cough and cold not attend. We had no one to help us so had to cancel and thought because we paid extra we were covered. On completing the cancellation form it states you need a doctors note. This was impossible to get a doctors note on Friday night. Still havent had anything back from ticketet.

The application works very well and it’s easy to move e-tickets into the phone’s wallet.
