Left my skin with small cuts, sore and irritated. Not waterproof at all and randomly started turning on constantly and then wasn’t easy to turn off.

I've always had sensitive skin and got very very itchy after shaving with regular razors. I was able to get a smooth shave with no irritation with this razor! When I had some issues with it charging, the team was nice enough to send me a replacement as well.

I have purchased the razor around 3 weeks ago. I have tried to use it following the steps in order to have the best results but it didn’t worked for me. Mainly what the razor was doing was just cutting the hair leaving it smaller but still able to be seen or felt when touching. Therefore I have decided to return the product as it was not working for me. I have contacted them, trying to get the full refund as stated on their website when I made the order and everywhere where I was reading before purchasing and after trying to find a solution ( Keeping the product and receiving 30% of my refund ) they have send me an email that all they can do to suit me is that I keep the product and they will give me back 50% of the price and in my case which I paid 60£ would be 30£ receiving back or I can proceed with the refund but I will have to pay for the costs of shipping back which is 50%. So either way I lose. Now, I am not upset for the fact that product didn’t worked as being advertised (we people are different, products can work on me but not on another person which is fine) I am upset with the fact that I will lose money for just wanting to try something which looked very good and according to the reviews was “amazing” . Why don’t you say clearly on the page before people buying it (as I am sure majority are feeling safe ordering knowing that in case of not working they will receive their money back) all details about refund? All you have on the site is that “FULL REFUND, NO QUESTIONED ASKED” or “WE’VE MADE RETURN MUCH EASIER” ! How you’ve made return much easier? I am disappointed on my experience. I would not recommend the razor but that’s because it didn’t worked for me, so feel free to try if you want to , but ask before trusting on their advertise about refund as you might be in the same situation as me now. One more time it has been proved that not everything that we see , it is actually as it shown and about the refund and dealing with it, if I could give less than 1 star I would.

Positive experience, easy to use. Really good quick charging.
Smooth nick free shave. Mostly stubble free just the odd area not completely clear no matter how much I tried but only a tiny area affected. No rash very pleased.

Great razor
Was working really well and I was getting a great shave no ingrown sand was really noticing a difference! Unfortunately mine stopped working but got in contact with the customer service and they sent me a new one even after the 30 day period.

Gets a really close shave! Easy to hold and move around tricker spots. Doesn't hurt at all and battery lasts a while. Customer support was top notch!

I am never going back to traditional razors after switching to Solys! Love the fact that they listen to their customers and released a newer version with more attachments too😍 Customer service is top tier as well! They always respond to all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this razor❤️

I’ve honestly never found a razor that could compare to this one, I have always struggled with razor burns, razor rashes, razor spots you name it used to get it, but using this razor I can honestly say has been the game changer for me I always had to wait a week between shaving until my razor spots went away but now I can use this everyday and get no spots or rash at all. 10000% recommend this product. And the softness you get after each use is honestly amazing. I’m never going back to normal razors again.

People are correct about it not leaving a "smooth" finish, despite their bold claim.
However, I was looking for something that wouldn't damage my skin due to my current health and upcoming surgery where I'm not allowed to shave 1 week before and 6 weeks after surgery, unless it's something like this that doesn't go against the grain or cause skin irritation.
I purchased mine in January, and today it has the same problem where it will not turn on despite cleaning the head, switching the head, and leaving on charge for an hour among other troubleshooting techniques.
After reading the most recent reviews, I have decided to cut my losses since my surgery is coming up, and I am buying the (surprisingly cheaper on Amazon) "Philips Lady Shaver Series 6000" which I hope is better since they are a brand I know and trust. Solys has lost my trust and I will be informing everyone I know who is considering purchasing this particular item to avoid it all costs.
In my opinion, this company sells scam products as it knowingly promises more than it can reasonably give and make next-to-no effort to rectify any customer based issues.

Disappointing Experience – Defective Product Dishonest Customer Service. I purchased this shaver, but it stopped working after just one use and would not charge—even after trying multiple chargers. When I contacted customer service, they promised a replacement but asked me to write a positive review first. I refused, insisting that they send the replacement so I could test it and leave an honest review. After that, they stopped responding..and never sent the replacement.
I’m extremely disappointed, especially after seeing so many positive reviews. Now, I question whether those reviews were genuine or just a result of the same unethical tactics. I no longer trust this company and would not recommend their products.
Update; I've contacted the customer servise and I am happy to send screen shots of the conversation.. please refer to my emails with Christy .. I did not misunderstood anything, she stopped replying after I refused to submit the review and no replacement was send.. and I am not interested in going through this again ..it was a waste of time 😕

I've had a great overall experience with Solys and have purchased both their original and newer razor models. While I really appreciate the updated version for its additional attachments, I personally find that it doesn’t shave as effectively as the original. As a result, I use the newer model for its extensions and continue to rely on the original for shaving—it provides a much closer, smoother shave.
One concern I’ve encountered is with the waterproof claim. In my experience, wet shaving tends to cause issues with the razor, even though I never fully submerge it. Thankfully, their lifetime warranty has been a true lifesaver—each time I've had a problem, the razor was replaced without hassle.
Customer service has consistently been excellent. Despite the issues I’ve faced, the team has always been responsive and made things right. I do hope Solys can improve the waterproof reliability in future models. For now, I'm hesitant to use the razor with water, as I don’t want to risk damaging it again.

I’m sick of seeing all of these positive bot reviews, so here’s mine. This razor is absolute garbage. You can buy the same one on other websites for $12. It does not leave skin feeling “smooth” in fact, it leaves tiny hairs everywhere that make your skin feel prickly. It takes MULTIPLE passes to even get the hair down to that level. The ads are outright lies, the battery life is iffy, and their customer service must not exist. I tried to leave this review on their website but it literally won’t let me. It only allows 4 stars and up.

Was not impressed at all. Tried on my legs. I exfoliated first and used my shave oil. Id say shave is 4/10. Everyone raved on bikini area so I thought we'll I guess I'll give that a try... heckk no. After a trim it cut me in several places. Contacted company for a refund. There page says 30 days no questions asked. Heres to hoping I get my $$ back.

The product just isn't that good, I regret not just buying a different one from the local shops so as I'd have an easy to return/exchange situation if needed. I didn't get a charging cord and they're claiming I did...it's now useless to me.
They offered me bonus products that they didnt have them in stock, they don't ship the bonus items and instead offered me a discount to buy more from them?! No thanks. Regret this purchase, not a good experience.

Absolutely love the Solys razor.
Best razor I have ever used.
When using normal razors I would always cut my legs 😬 but since using the Soly razor. NO MORE CUTS 😁😁

Battery life is amazing 🤩 I get 2 full body shaves out of one charge, sometimes even 3.
