I ordered straight from the company because I thought my last box must have been bootleg only to realise this is actually now the reality. My years long love affair with Typhoo is sadly now over

The latest box I bought tastes weak and the flavour is awful.I have tried about 10 cups in case some bags were different but they are all the same. The rest of the box can go in the bin.

New one cup tea bags are now ruined!
The original one cup tea bags were always my favourites but the new version are now awful and they’re in the bin!!! 😡
The new style box is flimsy and it doesn’t close securely. The teabags are also just loose inside the cardboard box and are no longer inside sealed foil bags which kept them fresh.
The previous version were perfectly round individual teabags and they have been replaced with old fashioned style square teabags that are paper thin, joined together and they just split when you separate them.
The teabags also don’t taste the same so I am going back to Tetley while I look for an alternative.
Typhoo….Why have you changed your teabags and box and ruined them??? I’m furious 😡 and no longer a loyal customer.

My wife bought a box of the New and …
My wife bought a box of the New and Improved tea bags and we were so disappointed.
Firstly the bags don't tear well and we had to throw some away as the tea poured out so had to virtually tear each one individually and very carefully to separate, then to the taste.
I'm not a expert on taste but do know that whatever has been changed with the type of tea used it certainly isn't a improvement in my opinion.
Like so many brands that say ' New Improved taste ' they certainly do not Improve the taste..
I can only deduce that the change has been made to reduce the cost to the company and hoping that the consumer gets sucked in.
Of course this is my personal view and I'm sure others will have a different one than myself.
I assume this is the new norm and Ty•Phoo will not be going back to the tried and tested older tea bags.
We will sadly change our choice in the future.

I don't believe you listened
I don't believe you listened, I pointed out the manufacture problems with tea bags splitting the round bag was better, this maybe was past on, I complained becouse it was happening a lot box after box, and your reply you past this on too the manufacturing factory, and shut me up with a little box of tea bags, I may add a laugh, was the round tea bags.
