Contacted Yorkshire Tea after a problem with my Tea Bags not separating on the perforation. They immediately explained the cause of the issue, apologised and offered to replace my spoiled tea bags. The replacement bags were received within a week. Excellent customer service.

I reported an issue with a box of teabags and got a response the next day. Taylor’s apologised, said they would feed this back to Quality Control, and will be sending a replacement. I was very impressed with the prompt and helpful reply!

Contacted YT about an issue with perforations…they responded v quickly.

Update 2.10.26:
Yorkshire Tea have been in touch, and are taking steps to rectify. As suspected it has been put down to a quality check failure on the production line. No biggie, no harm done. Thanks YT. Gold is still ‘The Best’ ❤️

I love Yorkshire Gold. Been buying for years, loose is fab! I ordered my latest ‘repeat prescription’ 🤣 via a supplier (Coffee Supplies Direct). Opened latest x6 box to find one packet with a red band around and the packet was not sealed. I have images and can share direct if you like. Looks like maybe end of roll of the wrapping material. I’ve drawn it to the supplier attention but they have not yet had the chance to respond. I imagine you would wish to be aware of this issue. Having to dispose of 1/6th of my order is just not ‘proper’. Can you advise?

I’m putting it down as a one off quality issue - but should have been picked up at/pre packing?!?

I find my box of Yorkshire teabags are tearing on the perforation thus causing-a lot of waste…

After mentioning an issue I had with the teabags in a batch Bronte in customer service was very helpful and posted a replacement box. It was only a minor issue to begin with but very happy with how it was handled.

On opening my tea bags I had quite a few that had been damaged in production, the customer service I received was excellent. Great support real humans, not that AI crap

The company answered my complaint promptly and genuinely. I would recommend their products and services.

I sent an email to Yorkshire Tea to let them know I was on my 2nd box of tea bags, with little or no perforations.
I wasn’t expecting recompense. I just wanted to give them ‘heads up’ in case it had happened to many other boxes of tea bag's.

I had a really nice reply from Brontë apologising, and explaining what may have been the cause. Not only receiving the email but she is replacing the two boxes of tea bags.
I’m astonished tbh. This is what I call good ‘old fashioned’ customer service. Well done Brontë and Yorkshire Tea. In our house it’s the best tea in the market

Okay the whole process of reporting my problem was quickly resolved had a good explanation of why it could have happened the lady who was dealing with it was very helpful and she said she would pass things on to the team who deal with it I am very happy about the process and the outcome
