Item not received
Item not received and customer services completely ignore you.
I paid for standard shipping: 4-6 Business Days. My confirmation email says: We will let you know as soon as it has shipped. I have had no communication, no item delivered, and my comms has been ignored.
Will now have to try to get a refund - just a total waste of time.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustration regarding the delivery and communication of your order.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your parcel is currently out for delivery today and should be successfully delivered within the next 1–2 days. We understand how disappointing it can be when an order does not arrive as quickly as expected, and we appreciate your patience.
We would also like to clarify that a shipment confirmation email was sent on the day your order was dispatched, which included the tracking information and an estimated delivery date of June 5. We kindly invite you to check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, in case the message was filtered there.
In addition, our customer service team responded to your inquiries both through our live chat and by email. During the chat conversation, tracking information was provided, and a follow-up email was also sent to address your concerns.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope your order arrives shortly and that you will enjoy your purchase.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team

Dear Laurence, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the sizing did not meet your expectations.
Please note that although the swimsuit and bikini were ordered in the same size, different styles and cuts can fit differently depending on their design, fabric structure, and level of support. For example, one-piece swimsuits are often designed with a more fitted feel to provide better shaping and support, which may explain why it felt difficult to put on at first but fit more appropriately once worn. On the other hand, bikinis may have a more flexible or relaxed fit depending on the model.
We understand how frustrating it can be when sizing is inconsistent between items, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our sizing guidance and product descriptions for future customers.
Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!
