Return scam

When I log in my account the website says I can return my order til XX May. But then when I tried to return it, it only gives me the option to get 70% of the refund transferred back to my account. When I contacted the customer support they said I missed the deadline for a refund, which is only 30 days. No, I didn't miss it, I just trusted the information that was showed in the website! I can't believe that a scam like this is allowed, absolutely outragious

UPDATE: Cupshe replied here claiming they sent me a message, but I have received absolutely nothing. Just pretending to care.

I am very pleased with my new swimming costume and a great fit.

Great variety of products at excellent prices. Loads of choice and the quality is good too. Ordering and returns are simple.

I ordered 2 X swimsuits and I love the way they are packed in a zipped bag this is great for when I take them on holiday. There is a good choice to choose from the colours are vibrant and the material is good quality. From ordering to delivery service is good.

I have no idea where my order is. I have received a message to say it has been delivered but it isn't at my house. Absolutely terrible delivery service. Most companies when they make a delivery tell you where it is - safe place such as porch, or let you know it's been left with a neighbour and give u their house number. No nothing like that and I have checked with 5 neighbours and the 2 possible safe places. Not even a photo to show where it is. I have used many online companies and this is quite possibly the worst delivery. Once I locate my order I shall review the items!

Edit update - Cupshe have contacted me regarding the above and have issued a full refund. Moreover they have said they will feedback to the courier. It's such a shame as I have used Cupshe before with no issues and would be a shame for a courier to bring down a company reputation.

Sent to the wrong address, luckily where it was sent they contacted me again cause this isn’t the first time and I could pick it up from the other end of the village

My concern was promptly resolved by the premium customer care, they followed up with me and ensured full satisfaction. they gave me few options of outcome and was very impressed with the professionalism. Good quality swimwear and always a lovely fit.

The website advertises free returns, yet when I returned 2 items I only got 70percent of my money back. Very decieving and I will not shop again unless I get a full refund of my items.

No email received and no one has contacted me.
I paid £90 and got £63 back so I'm sorry it's all lies.

The returns proved to be very difficult and it's always no reply on email
