Used U.K. Tents for a recent birthday for my partner, set up the day before with minimum fuss and taken away the day after before the sun came up… was a really windy and wet evening so very glad we paid the money for it and not one drop of water or issue during the evening. Daniel was very helpful also.

I ordered a long marquee pole bag. Product turned up had hole int and of poor quality construction. Despite contacting UK tents on organising return of the product they never responded. Poor customer service - avoid

Our first experience of UK Tents were very positive in that they responded within a few hours and I even managed to drive 1.5 hours to collect the tent on the same day.
However, having checked that everything was present and not damaged, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to use the 3m x 3m gazebo which was ordered. After contacting them to return the item, the response from customer service was affirmative but it seems that their management got involved who only cares about their bottom line and now refuse to take the item back.
I am now left with an unused item (having requested a return with a week or so) and which I now need to sell off.
They get an "F" for putting the bottom line ahead of customer service. I would discourage other people from purchasing items from them - there are many alternative gazebo and tents suppliers out there. I certainly don't intent being a repeat customer.

I had an exceptional experience with UK Tents! Their lightning-fast delivery exceeded my expectations. The quality of the gazebo is top-notch, and the assembly was a breeze thanks their very helpful build team and tutorial page.

We ordered flooring for inside a marque for Bristol Pride event, but the flooring did not arrive on time, Apparently, they forgot about the order.

When it did arrive it was missing the edge strips, It turns out they don't have edge strips, so we paid for a product they do not have and have never sourced.

We have not been asking for our money back and keep promising they will pay, It is time for small claims court and trading standards.

Fantastic team. I called with a “I’ve just decided I need this tomorrow” order on a Thursday lunchtime, the sales chap put the order through then ran across the yard to pick it and make sure the delivery driver didn’t go before my order was loaded. Received the marquee by 9 am on Friday. Great service great product thank you.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of materials used, all the eyeleted rusted and the clear parts of all 4 windows ripped through in the winds.
Definitely not weather proof as advised.
The cost of replacing the 4 windows quoted where more than replacing the whole party tent !! No offer of replacement as 1 month out of warranty.
If 12 months is the reasonable amount of time this item is expected to last then it’s definitely not fit for purpose.

Having purchased a "heavy duty" party tent from a supermarket chain for a garden party, it broke in light winds and I needed something strong and fast. I'd never heard of UK Tents before, but by a stroke of luck, they are not too far from me. After a quick phone call, Howard invited me down to HQ to have a look at their materials to answer any questions I may have. I was impressed and purchased a 4x8m Marquee there and then. It performed better than I thought. It held up in the all-night rain and was packed with rowdy teenagers (standing room only). No issues with it at all. Happy to know I'll get a good few years' use out of this. You can get cheaper, but the team upheld the price match guarantee on their website. Happy all round. Thanks UK Tents!

After a couple of phone calls we decided This was the best company to use. The customer service was very good. We have now received our marquee.The quality is excellent and easy to put up ( practice run). Purchase made for a wedding garden party in June. I would highly recommend this company, don’t bother to look elsewhere you won’t find cheaper!!!

We originally ordered a marquee from The House of Tents and we were told it would take 5 days (which was fine as our party was 4 weeks away) 3 weeks later no marquee and I started to panic. We called UK Tents and they had it with us 18 hours later!

I ordered an “industrial storage tent” in august last year. Was supplied in the wrong colour, (understandable, mistakes happen) and was promised replacement covers in the correct colour. Nothing. Every retaining strap failed within two weeks of having the tent up, causing the main cover to go slack and cause irreparable damage. Tent is not fit for purpose and very expensive for very poor quality. When I spoke with uk tents regarding the issues they offered as a gesture of goodwill some replacement stronger straps, unfortunately, too little too late, the tent had to be taken down to ensure no further damage was caused to surrounding equipment.

This is the second marquee we’ve bought from UK tents (both are 6mx12m 500gsm) and the quality and speed of delivery is astounding. The first one we bought has been going strong for over 5 years (albeit used only a couple of times a year) and has worked out cheaper than hiring one. They are easy to erect with 7-8 people, but 4 can manage (especially if the construction manual is followed). The one I bought yesterday arrived this morning which is even more amazing as we’re based near St Austell in Cornwall.

Thanks to UK Tents I was able to buy a marquee last minute and have it delivered next day. Unfortunately in the delivery a parcel got missed but the team sorted us out and got the missing parcel to us asap as soon as we raised the issue to them. the service was excellent and I would not fault them in any way they were extremely helpful. without them my party would not of gone ahead.
