We found the 6 seater dining table and chairs cheaper with unicorn furniture and to our surprise, it came well luxurious and of good quality as described. Well packaged and fast delivery. Delivery company also did good justice by placing the boxes in our room of choice.

Wanted a change of sofa with ample storage and one that will last us for a while as I have children who plays a lot jumping. We needed something that will be strong and stand usage.

We reached out to them and needed to check it out before we order. Lesley did us great help by arranging virtual session showing us useful details about the sofa bed. On ordering which only took 2 days to be delivered to us. The product actually came very strong and good mattress. Likewise the fabric is really skin-friendly. A total worth of value in a sofa bed. Now we won’t worry about damages as well as dirts as the fabric came as a removable one and easy to wash.

I purchased a sofa bed for £699. Delivery was quick and happy with that but when I opened the box and put the bed together to see how it looked, the quality was poor and the bed was clunky!

The bed was delivered on the 18th and the return was initiated on the very same day as delivery. We never used the bed and packed it back in the original packaging as the returns policy stated, all within the about 10 minutes of setting it up. The return was organised fairly quickly and the sofa-bed was picked up on the 23rd by the same delivery driver who dropped it off.

It was not easy to pack back up and so I made sure of the box security by adding some additional masking tape and took photos and videos to show the boxing and packaging was good prior to being picked back up.

After sending the bed back I enquired as to how long it would take before I received my refund not expecting any issues as there was no damage and it was packed in the original packaging, as per the policy. I was informed it would take 14 days from the 25th and the 14 days came and went without the refund. I called them several times and got a very rude man answer who also hung up on me.

When the refund finally hit my account I only received £599 of the £699 as they said the packaging and product being damaged, the return shipping charges (which were free to send) and the re-stocking charges, which is a new one to me.

I know there was no damage caused by ourselves and I am currently trying to claim back the remainder of my refund via my credit card company which is a shame.

I do not place reviews lightly and sorry to say that I would not recommend this company to anyone and just disappointed it tuned out this way.

Fantastic bargain of a sofabed. Due to space constraint and need for a little storage while i needed to be sure i get a sofa bed that will stand the test of time. I opted for this sofa bed from Unicorn furniture. I can assure you the sofabed is just as described as it doesn't in any way disappoint me.
