I have been dealing with this company for the last 9 months and found them incredibly helpful. First Claire and then latterly Abi, they have both replied promptly been very friendly and answered queries as well as dealt with instructions in a timely manner. My experience with Utmost has been very positive and I hope both Claire and Abi are recognised by their employers for their excellent work and customer relationships.

Edit: monies have left our account but are not where they were supposed to be transferred, who knows where funds have gone, as noone at Utmost has communicated with us over the entire process.
We began a withdrawal (transfer) process in mid November. It is March and no transfer. The monies are needed urgently now. No explanation for such a crazy and unexpected delay so far. It has been highly frustrating and stressful. We don't withdraw regularly, and have exhibited no suspicious financial behaviour whatsoever. We answered security questions 2 weeks ago. Very odd and undesirable service towards very longterm customers.

No trouble with you Sarah. Utmost have made logging on too diificult for me and dont appear to be able to do anything to make my accesst to my account easy or acceptable to me .
As previously indicated I would liketo receive regural updates concerning my investments through the post
I would again remind everyone that for 25 years I had no trouble whatsoever logging on.

One of the worst companies when it comes to surrendering your plan and closing the account. They have endless list of requirements, but the main problem is that they request one thing, once you send it to them a week later they request another and then it goes on in endless circles.
