Shocking from start to finish
Shocking from start to finish, food was not dispatched and I was fobbed off that long my Dog ran out of food. Company blamed DHL!! Don’t go anywhere near!!

Your parcel was unfortunately lost in transit by DHL, and we provided the DHL tracking information throughout the process so you could monitor the delivery updates directly. Once DHL confirmed to us that the parcel had been lost in transit, we immediately issued a full refund.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation was, especially when it involved your dog’s food, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
