I eventually got the product I ordered…
I eventually got the product I ordered at a very good price.
However it was slow in arriving and the tracking wasn't good so much so I ordered the same product off another supplier that arrived before their order.
Next time I prefer to order off someone else with better tracking and delivery times even if I have to pay a bit more

My experience with uwu4dogs was okay just a little slow delivery but that's expected, I would rather support small business wasn't aware of them it came on my advertisement and placed a order saw a few reviews but was skeptical of ordering as they seem relatively new but took the risk order arrived fine, double packaged as it should be, amazon should learn from small businesses how to package product properly, my dogs happy, am pleased what more can I ask for

Ordered, charged & failed to deliver
Although ordering a specific dry dog food when there was no indication they had no stock, they still took the money. After chasing the order, and receiving a reply that the shipment was delayed due to staff shortages, it still didn’t arrive. After well over a week, they decided to cancel the order and took another few days to refund me. It is likely they didn’t have the stock ordered, but were not honest enough to admit it if that was the case.

We can confirm that your refund was issued immediately to your original payment method once the cancellation was processed. We genuinely regret the lack of clear communication around stock availability and are taking steps to improve transparency going forward.
