We ordered Barking Heads Fish-n-Delish…
We ordered Barking Heads Fish-n-Delish which we have been using for the last 9 years but received All Hounders Tummy Loving Care which is false advertising and has different ingredients and does not have glucosamine or chondroitin which was the main reason why we wanted what we ordered. You need to change your photo and description which are both wrong. We now have a 12kg bag of dog food that wasn't what we wanted. We contacted Barking Heads and they discontinued Fish-n-Delish and the new inferior alternative is what we received. Now have to look elsewhere for quality food. Ordering, delivery and customer service was very efficient, just a pity we received a different product than ordered.

Food took longer than I thought it would to be delivered. Been told staffing issues at royal mail .So I suggest ordering at least a week before needing it

Our order arrived on time
Our order arrived on time and what pleased us more than anything was the packaging. We've had experience with other companies in the past of tins being damaged due to poor/lazy packaging.
I would certainly deal with them again.
