Fantastic service from the very beginning to beyond the end!
From the first meeting in their London Bridge showroom, I was treated like a valued customer - knowing I had traveled most of the day, they welcomed me with well needed drinks and snacks! Very considerate. Then onto the business side of reviewing their proposals - they had set up the proposed furniture beautifully, allowing me to quickly see how well the items worked together - this resulted in a pretty easy decision - these guys really do care!
From point of order (30 apartments worth of items), they kept me well informed on lead time and delivery dates and managed my expectations extremely well. The installation was seamless and nothing was a problem for them - all the installers wore professional uniforms, courteous at all times and completed the installation within an exceptional timeframe, allowing me to market them immediately. I thoroughly checked every item in each apartment before signing off and was pleasantly surprised to only find 2 or 3 very minor issues which they addressed immediately.
A pleasure to work with the Vesta team - all of them including Samuel (sales), Jennifer (operations lead) Mantas (installation manager) - can’t recall the two team members who created the lived in show apartment feel, but they were equally impressive!

The quality of the furniture is very good. Staff members at all departments were very helpful and responded quickly. The delivery and installation team demonstrated themselves to be very professional.

I have had the pleasure of working with VESTA, where from start to finish they ensure all aspects are taken into account and executed effectively. The interior design is well thought out with the space plan, furniture items are of the highest quality and the customer service is exceptional.

Really smooth experience using this company to provide a core furnishing package with a few decorative extras for a new build rental property. All done remotely via phone and email, staff were friendly and communication was good with sound recommendations for what would work in the space. Delivery was well organised and everything installed properly and tidily, including kitchen items nicely put away with some lovely dressing touches. Furniture was stylish, quality looked good and value for money for the package price. Altogether an easy process with really great results. Would use again and highly recommend to other investment property landlords.
