I received very helpful advice which "thought outside the box" to secure a buy-to-let mortgage for me. Other brokers and lenders I'd spoken to had a very fixed mindset about what was possible, but the approach from both of the Vincent Burch brokers that I dealt with was proactive and optimistic - and delivered what I needed.

This is our 6th or 7th mortgage arranged through Vincent Burch. Matthew helped find the best mortgage on the market for us to switch to before our current mortgage ended. Janice helped with the comms between ourselves, the conveyancing company and the mortgage firms. We were given plenty of notice when each step was taking place and what was required. This has been one of the smoothest transitions we’ve ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm!

Charley and Ellen were really helpful throughout our house buying process. This was our first house, and I'm self-employed, but they managed to find a great deal for us and even improved the offer when the interest rates fell slightly.
