I have travelled 102 miles since buying…
I have travelled 102 miles since buying my car and being sold the Gold Cover.
Two problems were noticed recently and my local garage checked the car and the gear linkages had a problem also the clutch and both needed replacing.
When they contacted Warranty Solutions they told the garage neither were covered as the problem was wear snd tear on both.
Most things that go wrong on a car in some way are due to wear and tear so according to Warranty Solutions these things will no be covered.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We were sorry to read your review.
Having looked into your claim we were contacted by a garage to be informed that the vehicle had a concern with first and reverse gear and that a new clutch is required.
With all claims, WSG Ltd reviews claims when the diagnosis has been completed with the authority of the vehicle owner.
The Gold plan type covers listed parts that have mechanical broken or if electrical have ceased to function.
The warranty will not cover parts that require renewal that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or ageing; or when the component(s) reaches the end of its working life. This as read on the warranty booklet.
In light of the above, no claim has been accepted or declined and WSG Ltd are willing and awaiting contact from either you of the garage of your choice to the claim engineer Ben when the vehicle is striped and diagnosed correctly before repairs are completed. Ben can be contacted directly on 01296 872472 to converse.
We therefore await the actual reason for what is wrong with the vehicles clutch.

Reliable and matched colour perfectly
Lovely guy Rhys turned up to do my curbed wheel which I have a warranty policy in place . Messaged me the night before and actually turned up earlier than I thought. He matched the colour perfectly . The whole process has been easy .

Excellent service and Attitude
Phoned the guys about a couple of stone chips on my car as it was up for sale . Explained the details and that was it . A specialist then contacted me to arrange a day and time . Completed the job to an excellent standard. Warranty Solutions then took care of the invoice for me . Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Would definitely use these again .

Fantastic customer service from Ben L!
Fantastic customer service from Ben L at WSG. Raising the claim (start to finish) it couldn’t have been any easier. 100% dispels the popular myth of warranty companies making it a super difficult process.
Ben was very friendly and took the time to talk through the process and if I had any queries it was answered within an hour. The whole process took less than a couple of hours to raise then authorise the work with the garage. And the next day when the work was completed, I notified Ben and the payment back to me was processed within a couple of hours too. Seamless!
All that’s left to do is wait for the money to be paid into my bank. 😊
Please note, the service centre asked for me to pay the invoice up front and claim back off WSG. WSG do have the option to pay the invoice on your behalf it’s just the preference of the service centre this time.
Ben, a massive thanks again for the support in the past couple of days. So much so that I’ll be looking to renew with WSG again.
