Scam company. Still waiting 2 months for a delivery ! On contacting them they have offered a refund, however, they claim ‘it is also a big loss for us’ when items aren’t delivered & would be deducting the shipping fee from my refund ! Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business when they appear ok about the customer losing money for non-delivery of an order!

This is a scam
This is a scam, please don’t use this company. I ordered a bottle of car cleaner and am still waiting for it (nearly a month later), I keep emailing and they keep replying with excuses as to why it hasn’t arrived yet. I have asked numerous times for a return address to send it back if it ever arrives but as yet they have not given me it. I think it may never arrive and I don’t think I’ll get a refund either. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
A quick update I still haven’t received the product or a return address 18/06/25

Misrepresentation
The video shows a man using this product and the bottle looks like it’s around 500ml, and the images show a hand holding a bottle which also looks the same. When you get the product you can only assume that they used a child’s hand (under 2 years old) as in actual fact the bottles are tiny….reading the small print again you see that the bottles are only 100ml. Used on my MG and seems to work okay, not tried in depth yet but on the face of it, it seems good…..just a shame about the poor and misleading advertising makes me feel ripped off. Cost me over £25quid for the equivalent of 500ml…..so whilst it “appears” cheap, it really is rather expensive. Also took over 3 weeks to arrive, I’m assuming from China?

People's brains will assume that they are getting 3 full size bottles regardless of whether it states 100ml or not (which it does)! No idea why the company sells such small bottles anyway...
