All good from start to finish. Things have changed with them as Direct debit payers used to get a kerosene upgrade for paying monthly but that’s gone, all in all happy though as always deliver quickly... Voir plus

What's happened to their admin?
I've been an account customer of Watsons for many years and have never had a problem ordering online or with deliveries. However, I went online to order as usual but price showing as £1.31 a litre when everybody else was around 93p. Queried this by message facility on their website but no reply. No replies to a further message nor to an email.
Eventually phoned and ordered oil at the correct price (£1.09 by then) but I'm still waiting for the invoice to confirm that I've been charged correctly.
However, I see thier website is still showing £1.31, meaning that either customers are unwittingly being ripped off - or else nobody is ordering from them!

Taken payment 5 days ago with no sign…
Taken payment 5 days ago with no sign of my order, nothing in my portal, no real response on email. No delivery.
Emailed over three times since Monday 21st. 500 Litres not delivered to someone who is registered disabled.

Woeful Watson Fuels
Have requested prices, on three occasions. Watsons have a terrible name for service and communication.
Have been a customer for years, and service has deteriorated annually. No sympathy for staff, nobody seems bothered,
Am looking to join Certas, whom have free volume monitoring have informed Watson’s, but again no responses.

This time ordering was much better and…
This time ordering was much better and smoother than our last order, as previously, we were constantly on the phone with missed promised delivery dates and contacting the office to try and get some sort of definite answer from them without making false promises. By the time our order came we were reduced to wearing our coats in the house!!No Oil left in the tank.

I called to request a delivery and…
I called to request a delivery and asked about price per litre, on being told it was 1.12, I was quite shocked. The young lady I spoke to said she would enquire if there was any leeway, and came back with a price of 1.05. Still very high but I appreciated the better offer. I needed to go out to appointments and Watsons arranged for delivery on a day I would be at home. I am very pleased with the service I continue to receive from Watson fuels.
