I have never had an order from Watsons delivered when promised. The driver, when he arrives, is always lovely and helpful. Spoilt by having to call customer services so often to chase up an order. This should not be necessary.

Very efficient, as usual
I placed my order over the telephone and was told the time frame during which my delivery was due. When it came, the driver was very efficient and posted the confirmation through the door. My only concern was the price which, when I'd gone online to see the current average price, was much higher. Next time I shall do the sensible thing and get some quotes beforehand.
