The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy, the delivery day was changed, I was kept informed. Due to the oil price increases, the direct debit was altered on the advice of the person taking the order. All was done with ease which gives one confidence.

Good service, expensive oil!
Oil delivered in good time. The advertised price was higher than competitors so Watsons agreed a lower price. It would be better if they offered a competitive price in the first place.

My order was taken without fuss
My order was taken without fuss. The price was less than I expected and there was no problem wih availability of what I wanted. The oil was delivered when you promised.
My experience over the years is that this is the quality of service that Watson supplies.

Delivery was excellent after the first delivery date was cancelled.
The delivery itself was excellent and the driver friendly and efficient. But it is difficult to get the deliveries scheduled and on the first delivery date failed to arrive and was re-scheduled the following week.

Great service
Watson's are easy to get hold of and you speak to a person, not a machine. Price is competitive and the delivery is quicker than many I've used in the past. As a previous customer, I don't need to pay upfront.
