The delivery was delayed a number of…
The delivery was delayed a number of times. I was doing some jobs upstairs and heard a loud thumping and the door bell ringing loudly at the front door. The sounds frightened me, as I am 84 years old and felt I couldn't rush down the stairs, as I have fallen down them before. I did complain to the driver!

Very easy to order
Very easy to order, and like the fact that we can pay monthly via direct debit to help spread the cost across the year. Also, we didn't need to be home to take delivery which is ideal. Unfortunately our recent delivery was caught up in the M4 closure so it took 4 extra days to arrive (and we were completely out of oil so no heating or hot water), but that was out of their control.... my only suggestion to help with that incident was for a couple of boxes of oil to be dropped off to us as an emergency, but they didn't take up that offer so we had to wait.

Poor communication
I was assured that I would be contacted on the morning of the delivery with an approximate delivery time. First contact I had was the tanker arriving!

Great Service
As always with Watson's Fuels, the delivery driver was very helpful and considerate - ours is not an easy delivery but the driver managed to carefully overcome the narrow driveway with no issue and managed our delivery well.
