All good from start to finish. Things have changed with them as Direct debit payers used to get a kerosene upgrade for paying monthly but that’s gone, all in all happy though as always deliver quickly... Voir plus

Founded in 1957, Watson Fuels supplies heating oil, farm fuels, road diesel, fuel cards, boiler servicing, and a wide range of industrial lubricants to businesses, farms and homes across the UK.
We’ve expanded from our origins in rural Wiltshire, and now deliver c2bn litres of fuel each year on our famed red Watson tankers, from our network of depots across England, Wales and Scotland.
We’re also proud members of the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA), and an OFTEC-registered business.

As always with Watson's Fuels, the delivery driver was very helpful and considerate - ours is not an easy delivery but the driver managed to carefully overcome the narrow driveway with no issue and managed our delivery well.

Arrived without consent - twice
Arrived without consent. delivered less than 200l!! Previously, delivered twice in 10 days!! Strangely, when the price was ridiculously high. Oil from second delivery was not needed. cost me thousands. No response on phone or email and APP says the contact section is not working!

I placed an order for 1,100 litres on…
I placed an order for 1,100 litres on the 10 July 2026, and I'm still waiting. It's now been 90 days. Customer services, are unable to solve my delivery... the question you must ask is why??? Probably because the price has dramatically increased and they don't care about their customers! Maybe this review will encourage them to provide a better service. In the mean time, can anyone please give me the name of a reliable company with a baby or four-wheeler vehicle in the South East Cornwall area? 🙏
Update: Despite their response below, I only received the email. I followed their instruction of supplying contact details but after two days I have received nothing! That's Watsons Fuels "matter of urgency" response. They have now removed the order mentioned above from my app account. I hope they do not think that I cancelled the order, because I didn't. As far as I'm concerned, the order remains outstanding.

On ordering Dave was fantastic however…
On ordering Dave was fantastic however delivery was not waited a long time had to chase and only helpful agent was Dave. Apparently lorry had broken down but we should have been advised because we gad dates and worked our diary accordingly cancelling commitments etc it was an inconvenience. Then you only delivered half the order for Crackington Haven all very poor
