I was looking for some curver baskets to match the ones I bought last year, which seem to be out of stock everywhere.
I got an email, we’ve got your order, then another to tell me they were waiting on stock, then another to say dispatched. The emails are cute they read like. Hey your order is now… DISPATCHED! Really excellent communication, well packaged and swift delivery. 10/10

Could not fulfill the order
Could not fulfill the order, took too long to arrive (over a week) Said it would arrive Friday but did not arrive till Monday
Product was ok, however I also ordered the some from Amazon and they where a better quality
They should not over promise and then under deliver. Sorry but I’ve shopped at West end for over 30yrs and it’s a shame that I find myself typing a negative review

Thank you for your kind review! Apologies that the paint had become discontinued without our notice at the time, but I'm glad we could mix this paint as an alternative.
Could not fault the service…
Could not fault the service from ordering to receiving. I ordered the wrong shade paint and this was rectified before dispatch after a quick call to the store. Meaning no messing about and sending back. Good customer service. And packaged good so no paint would spill and no damage caused.

Great customer service
The light bulbs I needed were discontinued. However, West end found a source. They kept me well informed of the situation .
Bulbs arrived today. Very pleased with service.

I haven't received the goods yet
I haven't received the goods yet. When I ordered them, they were in stock. A few days later I receive an email telling me they are in fact out if stock. They'll inform me of a delivery date, once they receive them...
20/2: Yes, I'm sorry, I may have been a bit harsh, as the goods arrived very quickly after I wrote the above, which I did after after being requested to write a comment.

This product was an 'Online Exclusive' and was required to be ordered in via our wholesalers. We show stock of this product as we are able to get this in very quickly and efficiently from our wholesalers.
As soon as we received this item via our wholesalers, we also dispatched this on the same day of arrival.
After reviewing the tracking info for this, you have received your parcel on the 19th of February.
