Finally a company who knows how to pack paint !
First time ordering and their paint was ALOT cheaper than anywhere else online. Was expecting it to take a few days as we are other side of country but arrived next day and I can honestly say I’ve never seen paint so well packed !!! (Wilko take note !) I’ve ordered paint from lots of places but this will definitely be my go to now. Perfect from start to finish.

Crown Blue Gravel
I chose supplier Westend as they have a depot fairly close to me. Item was securely packaged. Also they had best price for this product online which was Crowns Blue Gravel. This is a beautiful blue grey and is best I’ve tried.

Excellent customer service and the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else for exactly the same product.was quoted free delivery and I received a phone call to say they will drop it personally to my door.Best customer service ever,hard to find that these days.

If only I had known!
There is a shop in the town where I live called west end stores little did I realise these were the same people. Having paid a delivery charge of £3.99 for the postage of a little vegetable knife, I was far from happy when someone pushed a carrier bag through the letter box. It took long enough to receive it and when they asked for identification, I think they could have given me the opportunity to collect it. It is not as though though it was even packaged! The order was made on 26/12/2025 - 14/1/2026

We are very disappointed to see you have reviewed us with 1 star, our customer service is something that we take pride in so we would like to just explain a couple of things that we feel haven't been taken into consideration with your review. Our website has our logo and all stores information on it very clearly, however our website is ran as an Online Ordering system that allows customers to order from us all around the UK and at this current time we don't have a section where we can allow customers to click and collect from our store via our website if you live locally and that's why you was charged a delivery fee of £3.99. When you first placed the order it was done on 26/12/25 which was Boxing Day, our online team was not back into work until Monday 5th January and there was a banner on the webpage explaining this information. On return, our staff worked quickly to get your order processed going through the correct motion of contacting you for the correct ID as the item you ordered comes under the Restricted Proof Of Age Section. As your item was an Online Exclusive this also had to be ordered in from our suppliers which normally doesn't take too long to arrive to ourselves but due to the Storm, it caused many supplier delays which i believe our online team did notify you of this and explained the delivery date would be slightly delayed. When the item did arrive into our warehouse department we had a driver heading over to our Cambridgeshire stores so rather than packaging your item up and send out via a courier which would have taken a further 2 days wait before the item arrived to yourself, we popped it into a carry bag and handed to our driver to deliver straight to your house for quickness. Unfortunately you wasn't in when the driver arrived which is why he posted it through your door rather than leaving a sorry we missed you card. We do apologise that at this time you feel unsatisfied with the service you were provided and we do hope that we are given the chance to fulfil another order from yourself within the near future where hopefully its not around Christmas closing times and snow storms. I came a cross this website when…
I came a cross this website when searching for kitchin bathroom paint. They had good offer on them. I made my purchase online and spoke to a gentleman next day. He reassured me that my order was recvd and ready for dispacth. He made sure the paint was securly boxed and i recvd them a day later. Overall a very satified service and customer. Thank you
