Great service and costumer support
Great service and costumer support. No waiting in long costumer service queue on phone to be served. The agent Nathan was very helpful and friendly and sorted the problem with my sim card quickly. Very satisfied in total.

Very helpful in sorting out a complicated issue but in spite of the bank holiday Jenny persisted until it was resolved .
Also Harris answered a query efficiently and explained invoice questions too .
