Happy with the compost bin
Happy with the compost bin. Arrived quickly, good value, and no issues putting it together. Screws were provided, although they weren't great, so used alternatives. Other reviewers mentioned wet wood - some of the planks were wet, but not an issue. Also mentioned the bin being unstable, but when in place and filled it's just fine. Would order again.

Ordered two fence panels, poor quality and damaged
Ordered two fence panels. Both arrived damaged, top bar split on both due to no pre drilling and very rushed labour.
Quality poor.
Company also refused to refund £15 delivery charge as the order came with 3 fence posts (for the panels) that were not returned.
Poor quality product and poor customer service. Won’t use them again.
Never Apologised for faulty goods or inconvenienced caused

My experience with Woven Wood has been…
My experience with Woven Wood has been very mixed. While the quality of the products I’ve ordered has been great (galvanised planting troughs), their order picking across several separate orders has been pretty poor—resulting in the wrong products or multiple duplicate deliveries.
Getting through to customer support has also been hit-or-miss, ranging from ignored emails to replies within minutes. It has also been difficult to reach anyone by phone.
Why do I keep ordering from them, you ask? Having committed to a specific garden design, I needed a consistent product. Now that my garden is complete, I won’t be ordering from Woven Wood again.
20/08/2026 - A second repeat delivery of my latest order, which has already been received, arrived today.
20/08/2026 - Thanks for your reply, Mateusz. I have already spoken with your customer service operative this morning after my second, unwanted delivery. They have my details.

Hazel hurdle - great
Had ordered x1 Hazel hurdle years ago to plug gap in neighbours fence. Just the right density for privacy. This time thanks to 2 young hooligans setting fire to my hedge I needed x9. With 10% off for ordering 10 I placed an order at 530 one evening. They arrived by mid day the next day and on top of that they added x2 extra for free!
Really good screen, quite rustic, nice looking. Moving them around is a 2 person job but they can easily be repositioned if you want.

Lawn edging 20 cm face height.
Antonia and Hazel were very supportive in finding a solution to a lost package.
Every step was taken with care and reassurance, with Antonia refunding me for a part lost order.
Their lawn edging is of highest quality, with different options and easy to install. As far as I can search online, they are the only company so far I've found that does a 20 cm face height lawn edging, others stop at 15 cm.
Their delivery cost is low, but delivery is quick and delivered on time.

Great product let down by bad packaging!
Great product, let down by bad packaging!
So I bought one 5x1m willow screening roll as a test off Amazon. The willow screen is fine, as long as you put mesh, like weed blocker, on the fence first if you want privacy, as there are gaps between the willows. They mention it being eco-friendly, which it is, but the packaging is a ‘woven’ plastic mesh, which was almost completely frayed off and left bits of plastic all over the willow and my driveway - and it sticks to your fingers when trying to pick it up!
After communicating with first Hazel, then Yvonne, I was assured a large order would be palletised to minimise the problem, so ordered 20 more. Despite some misunderstanding they arrived 2 days later palletised and shrink-wrapped, either by their warehouse or DX, the delivery company, whose driver was excellent. Much better! But still the woven plastic, although mostly intact, does fray when removing it.
Bottom line - excellent eco-friendly well-priced willow screening which looks great, let down by eco-unfriendly plastic mesh packaging. I hope they fix the issue.
Reply to company comment - thanks for your comments Thomas - I’m very pleased to hear you will be reevaluating the awful packing material. It took 20-30 minutes per roll to first carefully cut it off, then lay each roll out slowly, vacuuming all the way to pick up the hundreds of small plastic pieces stuck inside - backbreaking work even before the fun of stapling them on to the fence!I would challenge any of your company’s managers to take a roll home and see for themselves how much of an environmental mess each one makes.
Despite all of that, the willow really has made the garden look great, a big improvement.

I ordered 7 packets of the grey metal…
I ordered 7 packets of the grey metal pathway boarder panels and was delighted with the speedy delivery. The product is very well made, and looks very stylish in my garden. You need patience and resilience when connecting them together, as they can pop out. I used a rubber mallet, and knocked them in along the length. I would totally recommend this product.

Good design and looks great. Assembly required some thought. Some damaged to tenon joints but all serviceable. As we constructed it first and then moved into position a few more screws were required.

Large black zinc troughs
Having bought a few different sized large troughs they have all been excellent products and great quality. Any issues were sorted quickly with great service. Would definitely recommend as I already have to many friends. 👍🏼
