Was quoted €530 for my car insurance renewal with another provider. I thought I'd try 123.ie and was expecting to pay the same if not more, and was shocked to see €390!
I was sure I put something in wrong when filling in my details but no, that's the price - highly recommend!

Hello, I do not recommend this insurance company because I've had insurance with them for over three years and they can't explain why I can't change my car and address through the website they created. I am very dissatisfied; they charge me €91.00 just to change my address. I was very indignant about this rip-off because I think €10 would have been a fair price, since three sheets of paper they send to the address cost €91.00? That's ridiculous! 😜 And the customer service representative even had the audacity to ask if I wanted them to send the new disc to my address or if I could send it by email so I could print it myself. I complained to them about changing my address and car online, and they said they had resolved it, but I've logged in over 100 times and the same things always happens. They just see ice, that's all.

Hi Brett, thank you for your feedback. As your address is a rating factor for your premium we do have to requote your policy based on the new address when this changes. This creates a change in risk as the area where the car is kept has changed. If you would like to discuss this further, please pop us an email to Info@123.ie with your details.
