Dan was really great and very friendly
Dan was really great and very friendly, he was very patient when we kept changing our minds. Nothing was too much trouble and even came in on his weekend off so we could collect our new car. Everything was explained and the communication from Acorn was superb.

I have been attended by Mitch who has truly given me the best experience in testing and explanation of whichever vehicle I showed an interest in. I have road tested the ev3 and was very impressed, so much so that I was nearly there in purchasing one, but my wife took the decision that it was too small. We have a BMW X3 which is still like new and my wife sat in both the ev3 & ev5. Although she thought they were very nice, the ev5 was too big and the ev3 to small. I would like to give my sincere thanks to Mitch who made the journey excellent. If my wife changes her mind, I will be back.

Amazing dealership
Put a reserve on a car i was after, explained as i live 1 hour away would it be possible to keep the reserve on for 2 days until I could travel to have a look and they were more than welcoming for this.
Had the pleasure of having Katie look after me, she was so lovely and brilliant. Took the car out for a drive, and by the end was sold.
Katie has kept me up to date with everything, and it was a pleasure buying my car from here. Staff are lovely, very welcoming space.

This is the third KIA Ceed I have purchased from Acorn Burntwood.
Generally speaking they are an excellent company. I do feel they have now failed a little regarding customer communications. I did not receive a call to say my car was ready for collection and also on this occasion no service video was sent. They may seem minor points but they do make a difference.
