Smoothglide Blinds: Having felt the benefits of Appeals honeycomb conservatory roof blinds that were fitted last year I have had Smoothglide honeycomb blinds installed on my bay window. I absolutely love them, high quality, they keep in the heat and give privacy too. Thanks to Rachel who listened to what I needed and explained the options clearly and to Dan who as before did a great job and left the lounge spotless when he finished fitting them.

Reported an issue with battery not holding a charge for more than 2 weeks or so.
Issue was dealt with quickly by Desree and resolved on site expertly by Dariusz

...and Dariusz was also excellent with our 4 Dogs! :)

Very easy process from start to finish. Communication from Appeal was great and installation was quicker than I anticipated. A Robinson did a very good job of installing our pinoleum blinds. He was very thorough and carefully explained how to use them/ maintenance requirements. They look stunning - we’re very pleased.

Dariusz our fitter was brilliant. Excellent fitting, great attention to detail, very experienced and knowledgable. Really helpful and explained everything clearly. Really pleased with the results.

The installer Dariusz was very communicative providing me with an accurate ETA before arriving. When at the property he was very polite and worked efficiently. He took time to explain what he was doing and demonstrated the remote control motor and was very professional all-round. I would highly recommend Dariusz to all other customers.

The website provided enough details to indicate that the company could do colour matched insect blinds. The friendly sales representative explained the finer details of how they operate on windows and on the outside of the patio doors. He also gave us time to consider the bespoke quote. The friendly surveyor did well measuring up and later fitting the blinds efficiently. The quality is excellent and they are very discreet, we are happy and would recommend them.

The whole process has been great from the initial design to the fitting. The fitter today, Ryan Marks, also did the survey. He is friendly and professional and worked quickly and tidied up at the end. He demonstrated how the fly screens worked. I am happy with it all.

Very professional company. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. This guarantees none of the " buy cheap, pay twice" trap. I've done that too many times. These are likely to last 20 plus years and beyond.
I was kept up-to-date on the progress.
The blinds are exactly what I wanted. They were fitted by Ryan Mark's, who arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and incredibly efficient. Had two large, one small blind and an insect screen fitted within a couple of hours at most. Absolutely amazing job thank you to all.

The ordering process was straightforward and clear.
Fitting the blinds was done by Dariusz who was very diligent to ensure that the blinds were all working correctly and their control co-ordinated with the existing blinds efficiently. This is the third time I have used Appeal and I am happy to recommend them.
