Ashlee was fantastic throughout the whole process, always replying quickly and patiently answering all my questions. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.

Jake, the engineer, did a fantastic job. Despite arriving later than planned due to bad weather, which was completely outside of their control, he stayed until around 10pm to make sure everything was finished properly. He was professional, careful with the car, and took the time to explain how everything works.

The installation was clean and tidy, and the sensors work perfectly. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily recommend them.

I had front and rear dash cams fitted to a new car. AVR were very professional, the whole process was simple and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the final result. The fitter, Jake, arrived on time and completed the installation in good time. I would highly recommend recommend AVR to anyone requiring similar services.

Amazing service shown by all of the Team. We booked our daughter’s car in to have rear parking sensors fitted. The booking process was simple and the communication great. The fitter turned up on time and carried out the work without any issues. He was professional,polite and courteous. AVR Mobile Fitters have been extremely helpful and professional throughout. I requested their input as to which unit was the best fit for my wife's car - retrofitting a reversing camera - was given two choices, chose one and paid for it and system fitted, fallout to our home by local representative who was also very professional and friendly. This was a random Google search find. I contacted several companies for a reversing camera fitting. AVR responded quickly, helpfully and in a friendly manner. They quoted competitively for the job and we were quickly able to agree a date for the fitting. The technician arrived promptly as agreed and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use AVR again.

Excellent service. Karl rang to let me know he was on his way, worked for a few hours in driving rain and kept the inside of the car dry, then demonstrated everything brilliantly. Great job, would definitely use again and recommend.

The whole process is so professional and slick. An engineer was arranged promptly. By far more convenient than waiting for a week or two for the fitting to be arranged at a local garage. The Engineer kept in contact right up to day of fitting. The work was carried out swiftly and with an excellent finish. I was really pleased and would certainly recommend their services.

I would just like to say that the installation engineer, Michael, installed the locks absolutely superbly! He treated my van as if it was his own. He was very diligent, took pride in his work and very polite. He explained the process pre and post installation, ensuring I was happy on the handover. He took his time to demonstrate each and every lock and explained the maintenance process of using PTFE spray. Credit all round both from the office staff, particularly Amelia, and Michael. I will certainly be recommending AVR Mobile Fitters. Very happy!

AVR is a Family run business and has been providing their service since 1996. On this premise I contacted them to have front and rear dashcam (Nextbase 622GW) fitted to my Ford Kuga (2020), I was not disappointed.
Over the phone Amelia in head Office took care of the booking, fees and arranging the delivery of the package to my address efficiently and Terry came to install the kit. I had to wait a couple of weeks as they were extremely busy and fully booked up during that time. The wait was worth it. Like Amelia, Terry was very punctual, polite and respectful. He explained everything I needed to know about the function of the cameras, how they were wired and why, and had completed his work in good time. Since then (August) I have enjoyed the security the Cameras provide with no problems whatsoever. A brilliant service provided by brilliant professional people. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough.
