AVR Mobile Fitters Avis 

I got in touch with this Company as I had used them before previously some years ago. I purchased a NextBase Dash Cam package along with installation.
Had to wait a few weeks for an installation date, but not anissue for me as there was no rush on my part.
Communicated with Customer Services on a couple of occasions and found them to be very friendly and proficient.
Installer arrived on the day previously arranged. Only comment I would add here is that I was not informed of a time or a text to confirm he was on his way etc, so ended up being stuck indoors until he arrived in the afternoon.
Very happy to recommended AVR.

My vehicle was booked in to have a reversing camera installed from day one AVR were very professional they helped me book in my vehicle based on my availability, AVR kept me updated with my appointment and throughout the entire process until the work was completed.

I had a fitter come out his name was Karl he was extremely polite, friendly and easy going he talked me through the fitting process and explained in great detail the work he was carrying out my on vehicle. Talking to Karl was very easy as he is such an amazing person and well spoken I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years. Once the work was completed Karl walked me around my vehicle showing me all the work and asked it I had any questions the service I received was exceptional from AVR and Karl I would for sure recommend AVR for any work required.

I wanted advice on model of dashcam (front & rear) and info on the whether Bluetooth was on permanently (Bluetooth gives me terrible headaches in a matter of minutes).
Ashlee was very helpful and the quote was very competitive. Michael, the fitter came to the house a few days later and all was done politely, quickly and tidily.
Very satisfied all round.

I have just had reversing sensors fitted and could not believe how easy everything fell into place. The parts arrived in good time and the fitter was excellent, arrived on time, i was expecting it to take a long while to fit as my car is quite old but it was all up and running in no time. Would recommend them to anybody.

Recently had the Mirror with rear camera fitted.
Very happy with gge product & certainly helps reversing in those places especially at night time.
Engineer done a fantastic job, had the work done at my pkace of work & im extremely Happy with the whole experience.

AVR did a great job with my front/rear dashcam. Competitive pricing, excellent communication throughout from order to delivery to arranging engineer and after care follow-up.

Engineer (Terry) also did a great job with the fitting, ensuring I was consulted whenever necessary to be certain I was happy.

I had to travel to Leicester to get the new sensors I’d ordered and paid for fitted as they didn’t have a fitter in my area. So traveled 60 miles and when the Fitter arrived he had no idea what he was doing and admitted had never replaced sensors on a Mercedes before. Not wanting to be the Guinea pig I opted to cancel the job. Later that day I Got a phone call from a manager who apologised and said as they had messed me around they would get an experienced fitter to travel down to me and sort the sensors out, The job was booked in for 4 weeks later. One week before the fitting date I received a email from the same manager saying if I wanted the job doing I’d have to travel down to Leicester again and wouldn’t now want to send a fitter to me. As I’d been lied to twice I decided to ask for a full refund. Poor experience and poor service

A first class service , friendly and professional, I had a front and rear dashcam fitted. I would definitely use this company again.

Recently used AVR to supply and fit front parking sensors to our car.the whole process from start to finish was faultless, even to re-arranging our appointment (at our request). The fitter was on time, knowledgable and carefully explained what he was doing. The sensors work fine and are proving to be exactly what we needed.
